When I walked in, the nurse was waiting for me with paperwork that needed to be filled in. I filled it in quickly , she entered all the information in the computer and did all she can to get me in with the doctor immediately. I then I went on to sit with Dr. Marzano. He had quite the personality and was so friendly. As nervous as I was, he offered advice and explained everything to me including what I can do as a preventative for the future. Needless to say I walked out of there very happy, and with a great feeling that I found a podiatrist for all my footcare needs, including mine, my husband and my son. I'm writing this review to share with the community the extra mile Dr. Peters went to see to it…read morethat the orthotics he prescribed for me work well and are comfortable for me. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, I had a lot of trouble adjusting to the orthotics for my left foot. I received the initial pair in August 2014, and had to come back to Dr. Peters roughly five or six times over the subsequent nine months. I certainly wished the troubles I had were not so time-consuming, but what was appreciated was that despite this, Dr. Peters spent the extra time and worked on adjustments to ensure I was comfortable. Further, he agreed not to charge me any co-pays, and as the calendar year changed (and my insurance deductible kicked in), Dr. Peters agreed not to charge me at all for the final few appointments. He was committed to making sure the orthotics worked for me, even without earning additional fees for the added services. I am appreciative of the high level of care Dr. Peters continues to provide even though, at this point, the economics for him and his office are unfavorable. The extra care goes a long way, and I am happy to share this experience with the community since I know we often complain about patient care elsewhere.

I have been going to Dr. Rice for many years for minor foot issues. She is everything you'd want in…read morea doctor. She has amazing bedside manners, patience, and is extremely knowledgeable. My last visit was for an infected toenail which needed to be partially removed. She was compassionate and calming during my trepidation. She explained the entire process, and reassured me to take my time as I was extremely nervous from the anesthetic injection. She removed the nail, showed me what the problem was and dressed the wound really well. I called for an appointment during a holiday weekend and she kindly accommodated me in her busy schedule. She's really the best around. I'd recommend anyone else who may be suffering from a food ailment to stop your suffering and make an appointment with her soon.
