We experienced the chipping immediately. The painter did not sand or prime our cabinets. The painter claimed the one coat paint/primer would work. It didn't. At first, Indigo Bloom was responsive and sent their contract painter back out. The painter recommended we buy knob plates to protect against nicks and chips. Not a reasonable solution to paint chipping off drawers and doors not near the knobs. After complaining further, Indigo Bloom sent the painter a second time to remove all our doors and added a stronger sealer. We were told our cabinets would now be protected from normal wear and tear. 11 months later the paint keeps chipping off.

I dropped it off first week in July and asked for a promise date in mid August when I returned to the area. When I called to confirm pick up a few days past my promise date they didn't seem to remember the project. Finally I got a callback to be told after 8 weeks that they only just realized the fabric was back ordered. Calls from me for follow up went unanswered and unreturned. I finally just went there to try to retrieve my stool. The man minding the store was less than helpful. He had no answers so I had to leave without a refund of my $100 deposit. At least I got my beloved furniture, 8 weeks later in the same condition I dropped it off in. And as of 5/12/18 AND countless attempts at communicating. I never got the $100 deposit back. Thieves.

I…read morewalked up to the front door, which was locked, a women answered the door but would not let me in (weird). I asked if they were opened and she yes, and asked me in. The "store" is oddly laid out. It is like someones personal living area with lots of really over prices stuff in cases, it was hard to tell if it was a real store or someones house...Totally strange. As I walked around a bit, I heard the women call for her helper to "keep and eye on me". She said (and I quote) "There is a man here, keep an eye on him, I don't trust him". To that, a young friendly guy came out, and asked me if I was local, and what I needed. I told him I was and I was looking for something, but didn't know what, just wanted to look. He allowed me to, but followed me the whole time, made me very uncomfortable. I will never again step foot into this place. It was awful, overpriced, and the woman was rude, and very uninviting. Save your self the time and effort of going there.

I found Lisa's Creative Designs on the internet, and she makes pillows from a loved one's clothing. I was so excited! I sent a couple of his shirts, and she sent back two amazing pillows! Lisa sewn on a patch (with whatever you wish it to say) that said, "I'll always be with you". My husband and mother-in-law were in tears. Absolutely PERFECT!
