I ordered two simple salads with grilled NOT fried chicken, what I received was 2 salads with brown lettuce and fried Chicken that was ice cold. This location is always really clean, well lit, and generally has fairly prompt service. That said, I don't recommend going through the drive-thru as on several occasions this location forgotten to give me (and other people I know) my fries, which comes with the meal deals. This error is much easier to spot and fix when ordering inside. If you're unfamiliar with Zaxbys, it's just a wings and chicken strips joint. I recommend the traditional bone-in BBQ wings. The toast is great, too. And for those who want it all, ask for the "wings n things." read more

Let me start off by saying that the food is excellent. There is no better place in Cairo for chicken related food. I would give this particular location 5 stars EXCEPT that the service is extremely sub-par. The employees come across as rather...ehr.....incompetent. There are a few that are not included but for the most part the staff at this location is moody and forgetful. If you go to this location I recommend going in as opposed to going through the drive thru, especially if you like condiments because chances are you're not going to get any. Even after paying the extra 25 cents for a containers of Zaxby's Sauce they won't give it to you and if you ask for anything other than ketchup it probably won't be in your bag. The frustrating part is that this happens over and over and it's not as simple as checking your bag to make sure you got everything because they won't open the window back up until you pull away. So. That is my personal review for this particular location. Great food. Go inside. Depressed and moody staff. read more
