My only complaint is that the chicken we were served last night made my fiancé very sick and is now out a day. I get you guys are a fast food chain, but you really need to be careful of what you guys are serving customers. Cause it could affect our lives and jobs. The manager is amazing at what he does. I've heard good things abt Zaxby's. My cousin & I stopped by here near closing on a Friday night. She ordered wings and I had the fingers meal and we ordered the cheese curds. The place is nice and clean and I like that it's open late. I wanted to badly to like this place, but sadly I wasn't too impressed with the taste of our meal. I really wanted to try Zaxby's since I'd heard good things about them. I ordered a few things to get some variety (chicken wings, both boneless and with bones and the chicken fingers). I would have to say I liked the chicken fingers that best. They had the most flavor and were not oily or dry like the wings were. I also got one of every sauce that they offer. I liked the teriyaki sauce the best. My husband likes a bit more heat and enjoyed a couple of the hotter versions. If you are looking for a quick bite of chicken and happen to be nearby, this may be your place, but I would not make a special effort to stop in after my first try. read more

I recommend that you skip this Zaxby's location. *they truly lack customer service* I stopped by Zaxby's Clinton location for lunch and planned to use a coupon code from a survey I did from my previous Cedar City receipt. (I've always loved the Cedar City location.) I just moved, and this is the closest location to my new home. To my surprise, and during COVID 19 they insisted on me returning home (8 miles round trip) to retrieve the paper receipt; instead of just using either the code or the photo of the receipt I had with me. I offered to text it to them, wirelessly send it to their printer, or email it - and was informed that they have different ownership, and the would need to call their owner. Really !! What a joke. Tried it out for the first time ever while visiting out of state, recommended by my teen who had looked it up and wanted to check it out. I was amazed by the juicy chicken strips we had. Tried out some dipping sauces which are a great plus but honestly were used for fries because the chicken didn't need anything it was yummy just like it was! We enjoyed our dinner inside dinning area and was clean, spaced away enough from other guests. Sanitizers where needed and masks required. Felt safe and comfy! The house grilled chicken salad used to be my favorite. Its the only thing I've ever ordered since I started going to Zaxby's. Today changed my mind. It was very average. I feel like they forgot to put the cheese and fried onions in and the tomatoes used to petite diced, which I love. So basically I received a salad with below average greens and a chicken breast. They didn't put the same amount toppings that Im used to getting. This was also my first time ordering from the drive through. In point, every table is sticky ALL the time. I don't think they use the right kind of cleaner on them, ever. I couldn't eat more than a few bites. I read another review saying the same thing, so I don't think this was just an accidental, one time, heavy hand with the shaker. I also don't care for the soda machines that have one button for all the flavors. The flavors mix and you end up with root beer flavor in your coke or some other mess. That alone wouldn't stop me from visiting a place, but it's another notch for the cons side of my review. This Zaxby's was clean, service was quick, and the food was hot. Looking for a change up to burgers and tacos. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and my son ordered some kind of chicken finger sandwich. Really impressed with the sandwich, my son said his was ok but managed to eat it in 15 seconds flat! Now what really surprised me was the fries!
