I needed a label printed for a bottle of champagne I was using for a gift. I had the label in my…read moreemail and originally went to Staples to have them print it for me. I had called them beforehand and they said they could do it as long as I bought the paper. Long story short, after almost an hour and being sent in all different directions Staples did not print it for me and I was beyond frustrated. Something this simple should not be this hard! I went to Copyworld the next day (after I calmed down) and they were so great! I was in and out, and got exactly what I was looking for! And it cost me $1.07 (I brought my own sticker). I will absolutely go back and recommend them!

She became more dificult but she fixed most, but there was still a major problem with my site. Lots of links that did nothing, they linked back to themselves. Or opened a new page. Also I wanted the phone number to trigger dialing on a phone (very common) she became defiant. NO , I'm not doing it! That's Nitpicking" well broken links are not nitpicking. Its basic functionality. So I left a bad review which I hardly ever do but this is my business's first impression. After she read the review she called me screaming and threatening to have the state police at my door, claiming I was harrasing her. I actually told her "I can tell you are stressed out, it doesn't have to be right away. Deal with the clients that are causing you stress and come back to it. You can actually just remove the links. Since then I have noticed I have been getting pummeled with spam. I also noticed her email address was in all of my emails. Why would that be. I haven't been in touch since we were trying to wrap things up. Since the She also went on to my next door page and made vile claims that I was stalking her and telling people not to let me in their houses . This is a direct slander of myself and my business. I assure you her claims are bogus. That is defamation. Libel, slander etc . She since removed it but It doesn't mean she didn't do it. I have screen shots. The quality button was preselected and would not allow me to remove it

Terrible customer service - poor and unprofessional communication skills…read more The entire order was messy and frustrating. Started with them telling me one thing and my co-worker another - basically lied about what he said in regards to the deadlines and coordinating to get it done. I had to resend files multiple times because "they didn't get it" nonsense. Search your inbox. There's no excuse for that these days. Misprinted the graphic - emailed (no response) and called them to discuss - got someone on the phone and they said they would call me back. They didn't call me back. We just wanted it to be reprinted correctly and were actually going to give them more business...I understand things get busy and people forget to call back and I do try and give people the benefit of the doubt but that is one of many things that went wrong...They misprinted the graphic, you would think if they had any standard for quality and pride in their work that they would act urgently to correct an error for a customer - a customer who wanted to give them more business....that was 110% our mistake. If that wasn't bad enough, due to time restraints, we tried to work with them again. We needed a rush job and they said it could be done. All previous invoices had been sent to me and this job they decided to send it my co-worker who was on the road.... I placed the order for the signs Tuesday morning and needed them Wednesday afternoon for a show. I got them all the necessary files that morning and approved the cost over the phone. They waited until 4:30pm on Tuesday to call me about not getting the sign off for the invoice, when I did approve it over the phone and told them to call with any issues because it was a rush job. They emailed the invoice to the wrong person, and by the time they got in touch it was too late... Unfortunately, overall it was just a terrible experience...I don't ever write reviews, but I think others should be forewarned - I wish I had.
