Owner seems like a nice guy and secretary/assistance seems nice in person also. Dealing with them over the phone and through email is not as pleasant an experience. The lady who answers the phone is borderline aggressive and is very short. Doesn't seem like they have a proper filing system as it took me explaining several times what my order was. Graphic Designer also takes far too long to respond and you receive no confirmation production has started. I placed original order in person on 7/24, received first proof on 7/27 to which I requested some minor changes. Didn't hear back again for nearly a week before I was called and told I never responded to the email (I actually responded within 6 minutes). Revised proof sent 8/4 to which I responded within 5 minutes and approved. Didn't hear back of any confirmation so I called today to get a status update to which I was told to wait until they call me to tell me my order is complete. I asked when it might be completed and they said maybe 8/14 because the order was only "just approved". Really? I have not even seen the finished product yet, but hopefully it is worth all this unnecessary fuss. My recommendation is simple: focus a bit more attention on customer service.
