New location since July (the previous location was on Royal Palm). I had been a customer about 8 years ago and decided to try them out again for threading ( I don't recall why I stopped going but I do believe it was because I moved). 13.00 for threading so it is pretty much similar to other threading boutiques. She threaded my eyebrows a bit thin for my liking but I will take the blame for that since I didn't specify that I prefer them on the thicker side. She was very gentle which is not my usual encounter getting threading done . Very friendly, clean , and an appointment is not needed for threading. The salon also offers other services such as facials, microblading, lash extensions etc. They also carry a variety of skin care products and other things your aesthetic little heart would desire. Honestly I used to come here regularly for over 1.5-2 years but they just lost me as a customer. They don't keep employees long so every time you go prepare for someone else to be doing your brows. Wonderful business. The owner, Heena, is extremely friendly and welcoming. My hair has a blend of different highlights, whereas my mother has solid dark brown. Even with our different hair types, Heena and the other employees always get the color tint for our eyebrows just right. I have been going to Heena's for almost 10 years now, wow! I can't believe it's been that long! They have always been so great at taking care of my eyebrows and face. Hina is incredible with the way she attends your every need and worry, the products they use are all organic and ethically produced which for me is a major deal. I'm now living in Los Angeles, CA and wish so badly I could have Heena's here with me! I haven't been able to find a place in LA that is as warm welcoming, attentive and well priced! I was just in town a couple of weeks ago and I received a Hydra facial from Hina as well as a lash lift of which I've been dying to try and she did my eyebrows after not having them done all quarantine, I wish I had taken a before and after photo but I asked her to take photos of the last lift process for my social media and I'll post them down here. I used to love this place but the quality is steadily going down hill. Today I went in for a full face wax and eyebrow threading and left with a load of wax on my clothes, wax in my hair, burns on my face and hair left over. The worst part is when I politely voiced my concerned they unapologetically argued with me stating my skin is sensitive. Yeah it sensitive to extremely hot wax. I'm outraged. read more

REVIEW on 3/5/2016- Think I have found my neighborhood go-to eyebrow place! Yayy! I came here a month before with a Groupon to try them out and now I'm back! The young lady was the one who did my eyebrows and she did a great job. When she was done she asked if I was getting my upper lip threaded also and I told her that I'm usually afraid because it hurts so bad. So she suggested that I could also wax it. So I decided to go with the wax. Less than 2mins she was done and I was hairless! Only complaint which is not her fault is that my upper lip got irritated from the waxing but it subsided the next day. Usually happens as it is a sensitive area for me. read more

I came into this place with a Groupon so I had no prior knowledge of it. The place is very small, what I can see of it at least. I know they do massages and whatnot so there must be more rooms in the back. It looks clean and tidy. The staff was friendly but I thought the actual threading was rather quick I haven't threaded my eyebrows in a while so I know they needed a little more attention, but they had me in and out in under five minutes. I know some people work very fast and are very effective at what they do, but I wasn't 100% happy with the results. The girl told me there's nothing more she can do for my eyebrows at this point, but when I come back she'll be able to do a better job. I guess because I pluck my eyebrows I have some ingrown hairs. I loved this place! I live in Tampa and my parents live here so I was looking for a place to get my eyebrows threaded while I'm visiting. My friend told me about this place and I'm so happy she did! I'm not sure the name of the woman who did my brows but she did an amazing job! She was so attentive and very gentle. It was $15 for an eyebrow thread, which is a little pricy compared to the $9 I'm used to but she earned every dollar. I'm very happy with this place. The shape came out beautiful. But I went through pain I never went through before with threading. I felt that she was to close to the skin and it was more hurtful to the point I cried and I have high pain tolerance. She know how to make the arch and clean up but I felt like she was gripping my skin. I never cried when I get my eyebrows threaded for the past 3 years. I will go back but putting numbing creme to ease the pain. Hopefully she will get better at it. She was nice as well I don't believe she meant any harm. read more

I was there 2 weeks ago, and for other customers I really would like to share my experience. The young girl who does the threading is very nice and good at her job, 5 stars to her. The owner's mother, however is a very rude and an obnoxious lady. I was there on a Sunday and since no one else was there I was talking over my phone. The young girl started doing my eyebrows and I asked her if I could continue talking over the phone, to which she nodded yes. I'm always mindful of not disturbing other customers. I continued talking over the phone since there was no body else in the salon. In 2 mins this lady comes out of her room and yells at me over my head "THIS IS A SPA SWITCH OFF YOUR MOBILE". No politeness, like Can you please switch off your phone, Or I'm sorry we would appreciate if you can switch off your mobile, thank you etc.. NO NOTHING, JUST PLAIN YELLING, as if I'm a 4 year old kid! I was a bit shocked first at her tone, the abruptness and rudeness and secondly that place doesn't feel like a spa at all. Anyways, I told my husband that I cant talk on phone anymore they are yelling at me. He said but its not a movie theatre, I said yes I agree its not and had to hang up.
