I donated the piano for the cost of moving and discovered NGP when they offered to take it. I'd never heard of them and learned they had a huge showroom of used pianos of all sizes as well as other things like grandfather clocks, dollhouses, etc. The owner Dave and his assistants Brendan and John were so helpful, informed, careful and talented! They played different pianos for me to hear and I ended up getting one of their many beautiful uprights. Along with delivery and set up they tuned the piano before they left. It was a snowy winter day and their communication was great. The piano was picked up and delivered to our home timely. I was a bit concerned because we have hardwood floors however the piano was moved and setup without incident. All questions and concerns were addressed throughout the process. After moving the piano it was tuned and sounded great! If we need future piano services we will certainly do business again with Northampton Gallery of Pianos.

Lots of great higher end amps like Magnatone and Milkman. Plenty of good Vox options too. Guitar brands were some Music mans, Rivoltas, Harmony, and higher end like Heritage. They claim I didn't pay November 2021, somehow they cashed out a check twice. They keep bugging me and one of the landlord came to my door to curse me out and threat my wife and I. I was force to move in April 2022 because Patrice Lambert, very unorganized and unprofessional in the landlord field, was asking for a ridiculous amount of money claiming that I didn't pay November 2022. When they all know I have show them the prove that we pay. But Again, nobody is above the law in this country.
