I called the G I H V A C company for a diagnosis on my furnace which would not fire up and I was…read morevery nervous after a terrible experience with the other furnace repair company in town. I wasn't sure how knowledgeable or ethical they would be but I was blown away at their expertise, fair dealing and excellent service. The repair tech they sent, Rodney, figured out what was wrong and double checked his diagnosis with equipment and was on his way back to the shop for the part in 8 minutes. He couldn't get the part locally so it had to be ordered and when it arrived he was back and took time to explain what he was doing, fixed it very quickly, explained the bill and double checked it was working properly. I feel like I can call this company and get fair treatment with no worry that I am being bamboozled or ripped off. Unlike the other company who seemed to be randomly replacing parts one after another because they didn't know what was wrong, Rodney at HVAC knew immediately what was wrong, fixed it, and made sure it was working in record time. I have tried two furnace repair companies in town, one I would never call again and one I will call every time because I trust them to treat me right. Thanks Rodney.
