I received a lukewarm greeting from the person who came up front. I then explained what I wanted and the lady threw a brochure at me and told me to read through that and decide what I wanted. I continued to ask questions for clarification, and was redirected to read the brochure. Ok. Fine. I had a budget of $500 for her day to spend there, but they won't get a dime. Instead, I bought her a nice package when we went on vacation to North Myrtle at Massage Envy. They even came to our hotel room. This place will never see me darken their doorway again.

I'm not sure how long this company has been in business, but I hope if they want to stay in business, they need to adopt better customer service.

I don't know if it was because of our skin color but I have never had to pay before I get services done for anything. I did try the hot rocks which were very hot, but I did get used to them. I prob won't do that again. It was $10 extra. I agree a minimum mandatory tip is odd (except for large parties at restaurants) but so is tipping on a pick up food service. This is a service, in the US, tipping is normal. The sign is up because some people don't tip and not because they weren't satisfied, they just don't feel it necessary. These service people rely on tips and they work hard. They have one full body massage service. They don't really deviate. Because of a language barrier, it's on the customer to speak up and tell their person what kind of pressure they would like. They could use a little updating and the man who runs the place doesn't have the friendliest face, but he is really nice. Overall, I always feel better when I leave there! You really can't go many places and get a massage service as good as they provide for what they charge.

This was my first real introduction to acupuncture. Jim was very knowledgeable and gave a great explanation of Chinese medicine and acupuncture. For several days prior to the demonstration, I had been having pain between two knuckles on my left hand. The pain was becoming more intense to the point it was waking me up at night. During the lecture, Jim did a brief demonstration, inserting just two needles in the affected area. My expectations were not high, as the needles were only in a fraction of the normal treatment time. It has been six days since the lecture and the pain has not returned. Jim spoke with confidence and a complete understanding of his skill that only comes with years of experience. I highly recommend Jim and this practice.
