Its none of their business if I replaced the coverage, they should cancel the coverage based upon the customer's request. They were very unresponsive to emails, many days would pass without a reply, I would repeatedly have to follow up. I thought this would be a great agency for me to use and refer to, but it was so poorly handled, I will not use or recommend them.
