Drinks were great, bartender was very friendly! Dinner was really good, I did not try the escargot but my dad enjoyed it. Lobster and lamb had a beautiful presentation and tasted just as good as it looked.

Let start with I had the lamb it was truly amazing tender and flavorful, the mash potatoes were terrific (almost as good as my wifes). The decor was pleasant and very unique. Our server, Nai, may have been the best waiter I have ever had, courteous, pleasant, and helpful. The entire experience was 5 star!

My last trip to Zenith Steakhouse shows that they've worked on training their service team. Our server, Tatyana, was delightful and provided prompt, friendly, and attentive service. The portions are generous--I'm actually getting THREE meals for two people out of one meal--and well prepared. This is becoming one of my favorite places in Northern Arizona.

I was sceptical reading the Yelp reviews but thought I should give it a try. We started with the Wedge Salad. It was delicious. I had the filet mignon and honestly it was so tender and the perfect medium rare. We sampled the Duckhorn Merlot, Napa Valley and Justin Isosceles Red Blend, Paso Robles. We chose the Justin. Yummy. Robbie had the surf n turf which he loved. We both had the yummy creme brulee for dessert. Everything was fabulous. Waitress did an excellent job. I will return.

Zenith Steakhouse is a fairly nice eatery - it's good enough that once your dining experience has started, you could almost forget that the venue is located inside a hotel :-) The service is on point, and the atmosphere is intimate and quiet.  The food is made with pride, care, and attention to detail.  Everything we ate was good - we particularlly enjoyed the vegetables, and the soft, freshly baked bread rolls. I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this place to others.

This was a steakhouse within our hotel, Twin Arrows. There was no wait to be seated, but there was a long wait to be served. It took about 15 minutes for us to get our drinks, which wasn't even anything special. It took about 35minutes for us to receive our entrees. My chicken parmesan was very good and I even left with some leftovers. They give a very large chicken breast with a good amount of pasta with sauce with it. It was a little pricey there, but that's to be expected. Overall, good dining for it being in a hotel.

Updated for the food. Never had the time to stop at the restaurant usually just hit the 50% off bottles evenings, but glad we did. Currently under a very restrictive diet and the restaurant staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Even to the point that I had to swap my order because the head chef was triple checking our allergies. Ambience is very good, shouts fine dining, nicely set linen tables, dim but not too dark interior with fireplace, red painted tree trunks and open view to the kitchens. Quiet and smoke free. Doesn't feel like a casino restaurant... until you need to use the restroom and have to go outside (which is the norm) Food was very reasonable in fact we found the king crab legs and bone in ribeye prices a few $ cheaper than Flagstaffs $$$ steakhouses. Sides are key for us and they didn't disappoint. Most ala carte sides are small and pretentious. But here they are served hot and in abundance. Usually that's a sign that a restaurant is making up for small protein portions, not here. Seafood tower was very well priced for the venue. So good I ordered another for my main entree. Both were identically presented and filled with overly large shrimp, crab claws and great tasting oysters from BC.

Zenith is a must of you go to Twin Arrow casino. It is fine dining at it's best! The staff is very knowledgeable of wines and steaks...etc. Our server, Tayana (i believe her name) was Superb at explaining the wine list, she quickly knew that brand wine Caymus that my friend requested! From the filet mignon, Ribeye, lobster mac, asparagus, mash potatoes and oh, my God...the Creamy spinach is delicious I will definitely make RSVP again the next time I'm in Flagstaff! An Amazing experience with Great people!

He is 6'20" and what a wonderful gentleman He is studying at NAU and I wish him nothing but the best He was top-notch. He suggested what I should order and everything was great. I had the deep fried mushrooms which I'm addicted to, and they hit the spot. Then I had the steak which they had a special and it was cooked to perfection Jackson has a great voice and all those kids did a fantastic job of singing I really enjoyed myself Unfortunately, this post is a little bit late cause I was there in January. Somewhere along the line, we missed the boat. I ordered the Lumberyard mac & cheese and added pulled chicken and roasted poblanos. My goodness it was a lot of food. The mac & cheese was good, not southern good, but still good. The poblanos were a perfect addition but the chicken was drowned in a cloyingly sweet BBQ sauce. I definitely wouldn't order the chicken again. The hubs had the Santa Maria tri tip. The meat was tough. Quite a few pieces too tough to even chew. Luckily, my meal was huge so he had that to fill up on. I saw the 32 oz cocktails and the former party girl in me immediately kicked in. I think my husband saw the look in my eyes. Maybe the aura around me and put a kabosh on it immediately. I ended up with a 16 oz, still large but that inner 22 years old was disappointed. 32 oz and you should be stumbling down San Fransisco. 16 oz should have at least brought a big 'ol grin. But alas, I couldn't even taste the alcohol. That inner party girl didn't let out that big 'ol grin. (That's ok. The tolerance of 22 year old me has faded through the years). Enough digression, would we come back? Yes, I think it's worth a second shot. We would, however, try something different.

The restaurant itself was clean and had a stylish modern-meets-vintage vibe that made the atmosphere feel both cozy and upscale. Their cocktail menu was especially unique. I ordered the Vendetta Ride, and it was easily one of my favorite drinks of the night: light, slightly sweet, and finished with just the right kick. I absolutely loved it. The menu features creative contemporary American cuisine with an emphasis on sharing plates, which made the experience even more fun. We ordered two appetizers, two mains, and a dessert, and overall everything was excellent. My only critique would be the Duck Taquitos. The duck flavor was not there, and the mesquite mole sauce leaned too sweet for my taste. Aside from that, every dish impressed us. Overall, it was a fantastic meal and a great dining experience. I would highly recommend this spot if you're in Flagstaff!

I've spent years seeking out restaurants worth traveling for. I don't just eat to eat--I plan…read moreentire trips around food. Hospitality matters to me just as much as what's on the plate because great restaurants don't just serve meals; they create memories. Unfortunately, Shift became one I'll never forget for the wrong reasons. Our day couldn't have been further from what the staff assumed. We spent the morning hiking, went back to rest, explored a local bookstore, grabbed ice cream, and walked to our dinner reservation. Not one alcoholic drink had been consumed by anyone in our group the entire day. Not one. We also had a child with us. The only conversation we had with the host before being seated was asking whether it was okay that we had arrived about twenty minutes early for our reservation. We were polite, excited, and looking forward to dinner. Then my husband ordered a beer. The waitress immediately refused because she claimed the hostess believed my husbands speech and mannerisms meant he was intoxicated. Read that again. A guest who had consumed zero alcohol all day was judged to be intoxicated. I understand the responsibility restaurants have. If someone is genuinely impaired, absolutely don't serve them. Every responsible restaurant should protect its guests and its liquor license. But there is an equally important responsibility that seems to have been forgotten: making sure your judgment is actually right before labeling someone. There was no bar crawl. No cocktails beforehand. No wine tasting. No brewery stop. No hidden drinks. There wasn't even one drink. We left feeling embarrassed, confused, and honestly caught off guard. Not because a beer was refused, but because a person was reduced to an assumption based solely on how they naturally presented themselves. Here's what makes the experience even harder to understand. After leaving Shift, we walked to Atria, where we remained for approximately two hours. We talked, enjoyed ourselves, and spent the evening there without issue. If someone in our party had truly been intoxicated wouldn't that have been obvious there as well? It wasn't. Food can be good. Cocktails can be creative. Service can be polished. None of that matters if hospitality disappears the moment someone doesn't fit your expectation of what a guest "should" look or sound like. Maybe perhaps because we weren't locals we seemed off ? To anyone considering Shift, especially if you're traveling with someone whose speech, mannerisms, or disability could be misunderstood, know that this was our experience. I hope the restaurant reflects on what happened and asks itself a difficult question: How many guests have we mistaken for being intoxicated when, in reality, they simply communicated differently? Because that's not just a missed beer. That's a missed opportunity to treat someone with dignity. I came to Flagstaff excited to discover one of its most " creative" restaurants. Instead, I left wondering how quickly a restaurant built on hospitality could make a guest feel so unwelcome. Simply , because my husband is a restaurant manager in Las Vegas, who has managed restaurants like Yellowtail, Herbs&Rye, Gjelina, and Edo we left out of respect for the industry. However, we should have got our deposit automatically refunded. Next time, take the time. Take the time to care. If a staff member is under this assumption, management intervene not to just follow said assumption and repeat what she said, but to hold an actual conversation with your guest, to evaluate , to observe, to understand. I promise you, that would change so many things for you.
