Estimate included addressing the facia and optional leaf guard which I accepted to install. Pat indicated he works in the winter if above 20 degrees Fahrenheit. As December was full of snow, I expected early spring. Pat showed up Feb 5 (2026)! Pat got to work and immediately ran into a mess. Instead of one day, it took two. I estimated worst case with Pat's estimate. I knew it would be more, but much less than expected. Most important, Pat pointed out the issues and how he would address them. (roof edge slightly short but could compensate; facia not flush, but beveled so beveled spacers to attach the gutter so it would be square to the roof). I wasn't surprised Pat found problems, but shocked at the outcome. Unbelievable how well it looks. Quality work. Still waiting for that first rain to see it perform! Pat even told me: your house leans a little downhill to the north (gutter on the front east side of the house). The water needed to run south. Unless are look closely, you can't see all they did to fix the facia and even one roof joist. Hands down. You want the gutter put on right, ESPECIALLY when hidden issues are discovered? The quality of their work is shockingly low and they did a LOT of damage while in my home. Their website gives an impression of expertise, but beware. I hired them to extract insulation so I could have the attic inspected. I told them I left bad reviews for people who did sloppy work and didn't fix their issues, but this was the first time I experienced this ridiculousness. As for the ceiling, I heard a very loud bang when they were doing the insulation removal, but I still had them replace the ceiling. They charged me for replacing 2 drywall sheets in the ceiling and suggested I not be there when the did it due to my allergies. When I realized later they hadn't done any more than jack it up and screw it back in (and popcorn over the screws), I also realized they just wanted to make thousands for an hour's work. They did a terrible job and did more damage to my house than the job was worth - not just the paint they got all over the siding, deck, and patio. They duct taped plastic to my painted walls, stripping them of paint taking it down. Who does that? They scraped my stairwell ceiling with their equipment and then painted a stripe over it to try and hide it. The attic sealing they did was no where near sealed. Check out the picture of the chimney pipe they said they sealed. Foam on one side is sealed? They covered an opening into the living space with vinyl planks instead of wood - but they told me they did wood. They left gaps and insulation went down into my air return. How much? Who knows. I'd say they owe me money.
