Shoes must be taken off to walk through the areas for saunas and the float chambers. Everything reflects cleanliness and low key luxury in this place. This is the place to go for a private sauna & float date. It was my first time experiencing this in December and very peaceful yet thrilling encounter with the sauna & the salt water float. I went on their anniversary date and was immediately impressed with how professional, informative, and kind the staff were to me. The free samples and food were phenomenal and unique. If it was not for the excellence in customer service and the rich visual & informative tour they gave me of their amenities, I would have never entertained the idea of going here. I purchased the float and sauna package for two and it was beyond my expectations. The sauna experience was my favorite. I love that they provided special body wrap towels for the sauna, towels, cold compress towels, fluffy white robes, and every amenity you could think off to provide a luxurious experience in an immaculately clean & pristine area to undress for the sauna. You can control the beneficial effects of the lights within the sauna. You can also select the type of music you want playing in the sauna. Be sure to bring a lot of water to drink and hydrate in your sauna experience. We stayed for an hour. It was heaven despite the immense thirst and desire I had for water. I drank about 1.5 liters of water in the sauna. The salt water float experience was very relaxing yet different. In the private room for the salt float chamber, you can control the lighting and music as well. You can go pitch black if you want that effect. Eye, skin, float, and ear accessories are provided. There is a showering area to shower before you go in the float chamber and after you get out. The only problem encountered: I kept getting salt water in my eyes. They accommodate for that issue with a towel and spray bottle to get the salt water in the chamber to get the salt water out of your eyes. After that experience, I showered and felt the most detoxed & cleanest I ever have been in my whole life. I definitely will go back again. The sauna and float expenses may seem expensive to most people yet you get high quality experience, accommodations, and services in this place. To me the prices are fair and they do provide military discounts to veterans & active duty soldiers. They do offer deals on special occasions as well.

However, when I booked this appointment, the price was $40 on the app. The girl at the desk said they couldn't honor that price and could only offer %30 off. I was able to prove that my appointment on the app was booked at $40. I even went through the motion of booking another session on the app, and that one also came up at $40. When I showed the girl at the desk, she turned around to another employee and said: "Why does it keep doing that?!?!?" So apparently I wasn't the first one to show concern when the price they wanted to charge was twice what was advertised. It wasn't the girl at the desk's fault. She was super sweet and very kind. The manager called me not too long after I left, and at that point it really just became about the principle of the matter more than the extra money. She actually came up with this excuse that I should have paid for it online and THEN it would have been at the advertised price. There was not an option to do that, and in fact after entering my payment details a message came up saying the payment would come out AFTER the session. Again, not about the money so much as what kind of business doesn't honor their advertised price, especially when the customer is able to prove their app was at fault and not a misunderstanding on the customer's side? The manager even said she would speak with the owner and then called me back and still said they would not honor the price. Just left a very bad feeling about the whole place. I would have gone back and probably bought a membership if the manager had enough integrity to just admit they were at fault and charge the $40. It seems odd that a business would quibble over $16 at the risk of losing a customer. That kind of business won't last long. Hopefully, the owner will come around to what is going on and make some management changes.

It's tranquil, the employees are knowledgeable and so sweet, and they even have electrolytes and gels for anything you might lose during your sweat. A more proactive approach would make the transition between treatments much more seamless. * In the shower area, I noticed the curtain is a bit small, causing water to splash out, and the floor looks slightly stained. I recommend bringing flip-flops for comfort. * Only one towel is provided, so it might be helpful to offer an extra or remind guests to ask for a second for their hair. * The sauna doesn't seem to have a built-in timer, and the secondary timer outside could be explained more clearly before the session begins. * The saunas may have Bluetooth capabilities for music, but I wasn't informed of this. If available, sharing this option with guests could really elevate the experience. * At the Nashville location, the showers had separate shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, and ample supplies like Q-tips. A small gesture like offering refreshments would help create a more luxurious experience. * When arriving, there isn't always an immediate acknowledgment of my appointment. In Nashville, the staff always seemed prepared and aware of the services I was scheduled for. * It would also be nice if the staff introduced themselves and communicated between treatments. At the Nashville location, I quickly learned everyone's names without needing to ask. For a spa experience at this level, I think more consistency in service would enhance the overall visit.
