I signed up for the $49 new patient special because I was experiencing neck pain and was hopeful that this office could help. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite of what is described here. I had no history of back problems when I came in. During my treatment, my back was adjusted, the next morning I could barely walk for several days. I contacted the office to explain what had happened, but I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or handled with much empathy. I was told to come back so they could address the issue. Since the pain started after my original visit, I assumed the follow-up would be included as part of my treatment. Instead, I was charged over $70 for the additional appointment. I was in significant pain for weeks afterward and continue to have back issues that I did not have before seeking treatment. There was no follow-up to check on my condition, and the experience left me so uncomfortable that I never returned for the one-hour massage included in the package. While others may have had positive experiences, this was mine, and I believe potential patients should be aware of it when making their decision. read more

Great time coming to this place. Even thought it was an hour one way the team is super chill and informative. They took X-rays and informed my wife and I of some issues we had with our joints and what not. We got a quick adjustment that was long over due. Payment plan seemed a little steep but given the amount of recommended visits to get back into alignment, I can understand. Too bad they are so far away for a weekly commute. We went over my X-rays, and the doctor took the time to explain everything that was going on with my back and neck in a way that was easy to understand. I have been in continuous pain for the last eight years. I'm a 56 year-old who plays professional women's tackle football. I have seen multiple chiropractors, PT and doctors and no one compares to the treatment and transparency to Dr. Charley! Don't respond to their instagram posts with any questions because they will inundate you with messages. Even after you say you are not interested they keep sending you text messages. When someone says take me off of your text message list that doesn't mean keep messaging them. Zenyth is annoying. read more

I have been going here for about a year now and my wellness has never been better. When I started in May 2024, I could hardly walk from my persistent and repetitive lower back pain. At 28, I was terrified of being in pain for the rest of my life. After 3 weeks of consistent treatment, my lower back pain went away and now, a year later, it has NEVER come back (before, it would stay gone for at most a few months). I came in the other day as a first time patient. I was greeted at the front desk by Abbie. Greeted is an overstatement. She seemed like she was upset from the moment I walked in. I know the office was probably busy and it seemed as though everyone was running around and doing something but I felt like they wished I would've left as soon as I came in. Maybe hire more people? Idk but the look on Abbie's face made me feel like maybe this was a daily occurrence. Do not recommend unless you like being glared at for bringing your business here. read more

Please be wary of all the five star reviews here as I found out they give away huge prizes every month for leaving positive reviews. This is absolutely the best chiropractor in the area. As soon as you walk in the door Abbie is waiting to greet you with the biggest smile. The entire staff is so peppy, and excited. Every person that walks in the door is meet as if you were family that's been gone for a while. Abbie makes you feel at home while you wait to go to the back and get everything perfected. This place is simply amazing. The atmosphere is so relaxing the staff are all so cheerful and peppy. There is a play area for children, the children literally run to the play area as soon as they come in the door. As soon as you walk in the door you immediately go straight to the back to get started on your problem areas. I have never experienced a chiropractors office that gives you snakes, juice boxes for the kids . The chiropractor goes over your X-rays and explains what is happening with you. This place is too expensive and did not cure my pain. After one month of 3 times a week adjustments they closed for remodeling. Isn't this place new? I also felt uncomfortable with the chiropractor treating me as she would be conversing with the other clientele while adjusting me. I was promised a massage which was part of the introductory price but there never seemed to be appointments available. I ended up closing my account, but not before paying $1217.00 for that one month that they were open for me to get adjusted before closing for a few weeks for remodeling. Notice about the impending closing was on the door before it closed for the remodeling, but of course the remodel took longer than expected "shocker". I love this place! I started in January of 2025 and purchased a 12-month plan. I feel so much better. I have received x-rays, adjustments, massages, cupping treatments, laser therapy, and now they are offering stretch appointments. Dr. Charly is amazing. She is warm and really good at what she does. I love Dr. Ryan too. The ladies at the front desk are always happy and helpful. My overall experience here has been great and I enjoy seeing them all. The best part is this is my first time seeing a chiropractor and I was very hesitant in coming in. Let me just say that the massage therapist they have are miracle workers. Cassandra is well-educated on the anatomy of the body and you are in pain, she can help! Many people experience coming to a chiropractor to be an overnight solution, and that is just not how this works. It took a long time to get your body in the condition it is in, so be patient and consistent. I am a 47 year-old womin in periomenopause, and getting my central nervous system to function properly has been the hugest help. Horrific experience, with excruciating pain ended up in the ER with permanent damage and pain. Chiropractor is not experienced, didn't perform adjustment correctly and ended up getting badly injured from an adjustment. Use to be 100 percent chiropractic. Now will cost thousands to try to help manage the pain. read more

I came here for help for a few issues. They took X-rays and a scan of my nervous system. The results were worse than what I thought going by what my back and neck Dr had also showed me. Zenyth chiropractor then gave me a routine they suggest I go by to try and correct my neck and back. After seeing the bill for over 6,000$ (zenyth doesn't take insurance) I felt something was off and the vibe was gone. I decided to get a second and even third opinion of my condition to make sure they were being honest in all the care I needed on top of adjustments. Both other options did new X-rays that were not as bad as what zenyth has led me to believe. Having you stand certain ways to alter an X-ray or cross your arms in a way to alter the X-ray. Zenyth X-rays are inaccurate and they were not truthful with me. The whole pitch and presentation I got from James's was just a scam and brutal to sit thru. Thru are uneducated and not trustworthy.These people are shady and will jus read more
