I was also uncomfortable when a recording of our phone conversation was provided as proof of my acceptance of the settlement amount, as it felt dismissive of my concerns rather than an effort to clarify the misunderstanding. Additionally, I was told that the attorney would look into the possibility of reducing the attorney fees since I would still be responsible for several thousand dollars in hospital bills. However, I never received a clear follow-up regarding whether that discussion took place or what the outcome was. While some staff members were responsive and professional, improved communication and greater transparency would have made this experience significantly less frustrating. Such as informing me there were liens from medical bills before the settlement was finished. As this was the second time I had retained this law firm for an auto accident matter, I reasonably expected the process to be handled in a manner similar to my prior contact. Based on my experience in this matter, I do not feel comfortable recommending this firm to family members or friends at this time

During my "paid" consultation in October 2023, she guaranteed me that our filing would be done before the end of year 2023 since our paperwork was mostly completed and we just needed her assistance to finalize the paperwork with the courts. She continued to push our case to the back of her workload since there wasn't any child support or custody issues to sort through. As a result, we had to start over the filing process at least 3 times due to lack of follow-up and legal representation with the court. She was paid in full for a job she did not do! At the end, I had to fire her as my legal counsel and I filed with the court multiple times to withdraw her as my attorney because she did NOT process any of my paperwork in a timely fashion. Not to mention, my paperwork was almost always incorrectly documented. She continued to push Child Support services when I made it clear that he and I had reached an agreement without the court's input. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY TO ANYONE! Divorces are hard enough with the right legal representation, but she was HORRIBLE. I deserve a refund for services NOT rendered since we finalized our divorce paperwork WITHOUT her assistance/guidance. My ex-spouse's legal counsel said that her work was very poor, lacked professionalism and appears very lazy.
