Other standouts include the american negroni (with bourbon instead of gin), and the bahia, an island inspired drink made with rum, pineapple, and coconut. It tasted like an adult milkshake done right, a true delight. We enjoyed the place so much we came twice in just four days. Bonus points for giving free tap water.
