I just do not feel they go that extra mile for thier customers, i do not come out feeling pampered as i do with the salon i now go to. i had used scalliwags for years when i was younger as they did have a good reputation etc, but i feel over the last few years they are becomming one of those salons that you consider to be rather old fashioned. I think if they gave a bit more, in customer care, even promoting thier buisness in the community more as do the other salons, then they may get more of thier old clientelle come back.

This is a new hair dressers in broughton well it must have been here for atleast 2 years now…read more This studio looks very stylish, inside it is quite small with i think 2 or 3 hair washing basins, but its not overly small so its not too much to worry about. They do womens, mens and childrens hair cuts here. For women they do professional hair extensions i think their range is cinderella hair extensions which i must warn you are very expensive. Childrens haircuts start from £5. All staff are very friendly here. They have a loyalty scheme where after 6 haircuts you get one free. The only thing i would say about this hairdressers is it is very expensive, it says womens wet cut and blow dry start from £25 but when i get may hair cut here it cost me almost £40. My hair is just below my shoulders and i just get the usual layering so nothing too special or drastic but it still costs so much which is probably why i havnt had my free haircut yet. I now get a friend to cut my hair its much cheaper and it helps them out. Other than being expensive the service at this hair dressers is good, i have nothing to complain about other than the price.
