By answering a few simple questions, we decided on the treatments I would need and we set an appointment for 11/8. They ended up having a change in availability so they were able to fit me in on 11/1 instead, which I really appreciated. My technician, Taylor, was right on schedule, was friendly, and was very professional. He did an incredible job and my carpets look fantastic.
