From start to finish, the experience was very professional and pleasant. I received automated email confirmations and updates, and a clear and to-the-point electronic invoice with no hidden fees. Not only did Garrett show up on-time, but he arrived early. He got the cleaning done in under an hour, and was extremely knowledgeable on the type of fiber he was working with. With no pressure, he offered the option of adding a protectant at the end, and I agreed since it was only an extra $54, and white rugs get dirty very quickly. Dry time was 4-6 hours. I felt like these people are the ones who truly deserver 5 star for their honesty and impeccable service. I reached out to them through facebook messenger, they replied swiftly and explained everything and the price was also affordable, and we arranged a visit. They came on time and before the procedure started, they gave an assessment for our carpet situation. They gave us 3 options for pet treatment packages, and because of pet stain damage of our carpet, they are also fine if we ended up not using their service this time. This explanation was given in a very polite and courteous way. I ended up choosing to replace our carpet instead. Yes, we did not use their service this time, but this honest gesture is gold these days. It was funny how the estimate of $119 for 3 rooms cleaned plus $30 for the hallway jumped to $493 ($240 for the topical non-guaranteed pet treatment plus $90 for the carpet protectant). Asked that they come out to retreat the hallway & 2 bedrooms because of vomit stains and traffic pattern stains. I should have saved my money and not had the non=guaranteed pet treatment. Have used Coit Carpet Cleaning in the past and they have always come out to retreat areas and guarantee to make it right. Lesson learned, will use Coit again, especially when they off their services 40 to 50% off. They also cleaned my ceramic kitchen floor, and when I asked how to maintain it, the serviceman said that I should use a solution of vinegar and water and a microfiber cloth. Coit recommended that I use a neutral cleaner, which should preserve the grout. Again, guess I am going back to Coit. Lesson learned. read more

We had our home re-piped and the plumbers had a mishap that allowed 3 or 4 gallons of water to get onto our carpet in the family room. The plumbing company contacted us and we set up an appointment to have the carpet steam cleaned and the odor removed. They did both with a 30-day free call-back period. Highly disappointed with the service that was rendered to me. Originally made an appointment to have 2 shaggy rugs cleaned in-house. The technician talked me into getting one of them back to their shop for cleaning. Which comes with a very large price tag. Technician went out of "company script" and claimed it would come back brand new due to it being a white rug. He stated that it would like I just brought a brand new rug. For any reason if I am not completely satisfied with the work, they will offer full guarantee on money back. Due to the sales pitch, I agreed to it due to. Upon getting the rug back, I was highly disappointed with the service. My rug did not look "brand new" as stated, still had coloring & other issues. Contacted company and was told they will schedule someone to come and look over it with me. Kyle from the company came on the scheduled date and time. I addressed my concerns with him but he kept stating the technicians do not make such claims as I was initially told and that he could take the rug back for additional cleaning. I elected not to because he had already told me the rug would not come back any differently as that's all they can do. I asked for a refund and was told he will review my file to see what can be done and will be in touch. Several days later with no communication from him or the company I contacted them to determine what is the delay. After a few minutes Kyle finally called back and stated they cannot do any refund because they had given me a discount. I advised him that I would not have chosen this route if the original technician did not give me false information. Again he claimed they do not make those statements and gave me their scripted answers. Overall, after going back and forth I was only given a $25 refund. Which is highly unacceptable. This whole experience has been a complete waste of my time and a very bad investment. Please DO NOT use this company as they do not honor their customers and will give you false information to make the sale. I would not recommend them to any of my family or friends.
