When I finally got a text they were very passive aggressive about it. Look if you got $$ for eyes and got yourself too busy to handle customers correctly and in a timely fashion then maybe you shouldn't have a text line or hire another secretary to handle calls. I left my car for a whole day to get done and they acted like it was an issue to leave it another day... um get more people to work, I need my car to work I took off a whole day and they barely looked at it. Then when picked up estimate not even ready and asked questions and was told not to even worry about those things... I have asked other shops and they all tell me oh ya basic tuneup needs done! So I DO NOT RECOMMEND Ridgway. They need to take 2 weeks to cleanup their schedule, hire more people and have more spacing to actually check out the cars correctly and oh ya get back to people in a good time frame not a week later!!!!

A second guy mentioned it was more the mount than the struts, but should probably change struts also (no price forounts was given. When I went to pick up he had neglected to tell me the mounts were almost DOUBLING the original quote. When I asked him why he never told me the price, he literally said NOTHING, no sorry or anything. He just looked at me with disdain and I was bothering him. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Less than an hour and we were back on the road. My good friend up north said Flynn's was the best(she helps manage a service shop!) and was glad that's where I ended up. I will be recommending them to all. They didn't rob me blind. Fixed my tire! Honest and reliable!! One of the most respectful shops I've been in. Clean also! For that matter the customers were friendly also. I wanted to make sure I shared this before going to sleep tonight because I didn't want to get busy with life and forget. 10 out of 10.
