The noodles are great, the vegetable ingredients are fresh, and the gyoza was delicious. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because neither broth had much flavor and there was no tonkatsu on the menu (which is what I usually think of when I think of ramen). But - it was the first ramen we've found in the area, and it was pretty good!
