I drove over to Ace, a fella immediately came out and exchanged my tank for a tank that was a 2025, without even asking he did this extra service for me which I appreciate greatly. I generally really like the Ace Hardware, they arent perfect as some of their younger girls up front have given me the wrong change twice, I said ever think about counting a persons change back? neither of them knew what I was talking about, hah, the modern world. But I feel like that's the trend of the world now. Anyway, I've always had a good experience at this Home Depot. It's not too busy, easy to find an associate who can help, and they usually are actually helpful. There's one person who works there, William, he's super helpful and I truly appreciate him every time I go into the store. They have a good selection of things in store, and the reason that you go to the store is because you need it right now. So it is a little annoying how more and more they are directing you to homedepot.com. and there are a bunch of things that are only available online. The main thing that brings this location from a five star to a four-star? Is the parking lot. I know I sound like a broke record for all the complaining I do about parking lots, but this location is oddly located, it's weird to get to, the main entrance is off of a side street. The best way to get to it is to take government and then you're coming at it from the back of the store, and if you don't realize what you're doing you're going to miss the turn. But overall I like this Home Depot location a lot. And will absolutely continue to shop here.

Home Depot's Garden department has had horrible customer support when ordering merchandise not in…read morethe store. ordered a pallet of sod from Harmony. the store would send emails when the delivery would be shipped. harmony would make call at the last minute when they would deliver but never the two were the same. Harmony canceled twice last minute with no advance notice thus me having to send my crew home. Harmony and home depot made for a horrible combination. i will never use either for projects in the future despite $ savings. it is just not worth it.
