I needed help in a emergency time period. Literally only had a 11 hour space of time to get two properties cleaned on a last minute request. She not only fit me in somehow but the work was terrific. I have had cleanings done for many clients but not under these circumstances. She was real and cared about my problem, not just lip service. She even called me later after the owner had arrived to make sure there was not anything more she could do to help me. I don't write reviews much but a good person let alone good at the profession they are in deserves to be recognized. Zila is an absolute lifesaver. My 70 year old father lives alone and has a hoarding problem. He called me needing urgent help getting his house cleaned. I traveled 2 hours to lend a hand but once I got there I quickly realized I was ill equipped to tackle it myself. I frantically started to look for help online. I called four cleaning services, but since it was a Saturday, nobody responded. Except Zila. I spoke with her and sent photos of the house so she knew what she was getting into and asked if she could come the same day. She didn't hesitate at all. She said she had dealt with similar situations and could handle the job no problem and would bring an extra person to help. Her confidence on the phone immediately gave me a sense of relief. Once she arrived she didn't even flinch at the task ahead of her. It's a very sensitive thing, to clean the home of a hoarder, but Zila was so respectful and professional. She never once made my father feel bad or uncomfortable about the situation. I gave her a few directions (clothes go here, coins/change goes here, etc...) and she went straight to it. Her and her helper were miracle workers. It was 110 degrees and they never complained. Never stopped working once. They bagged all the trash, dusted, vacuumed, and even put the furniture in place to make it feel like a home. I am so incredibly grateful that she picked up the phone and came to our rescue. NOT RECOMMENDED. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I hesitate to leave reviews that could impact a business negatively but Zila's lack of professionalism, lack of communication, and lack of integrity, almost cost me my reputation and put my business at risk. I hired and paid her in FULL for the cleaning job (which is the same rate that 5 other professional cleaning companies charged me for a 2-3 people crew) but I ended up having to clean my property ALONG with her because she showed up alone when we agreed on having two people here. She was not thorough, ill prepared and did not have a vacuum. At the final hour, I asked her to call for help and she asked a friend's daughter who is a dog walker with ZERO cleaning experience. Zila damaged my teak cabinets, ruined my linens, mixing whites with colored laundry, etc. She claimed she could finish the house in 1.5 hrs by herself but together we finished cleaning in 4 hours with 15 mins to spare before the new Guests arrived. She was unapologetic, dishonest, defiant and aggressive. She insisted on a cash or check payment without ever previously communicating that, and said she wasn't going to leave until she got the money. She has the kind of aggressive personality that made me concerned that she could come to my home and damage it or disturb my guests or worse, so I paid her in full. NO job was done, although $450 was agreed and paid to Zila. The most dishonest person I have ever dealt with!!

Zila does good work. She is conscientious, caring and considerate of the customer's wishes. She makes mirrors and glass shine. She cleaned my carpet better than the professional carpet cleaners - and was careful to use green cleaners as I requested. I highly recommend Zila Cleaning! read more

If you run a business and expect her to stand by her word, stay away! She was supposed to clean my airbnb at 12noon. Zila called to see if she could come at 11, I said np the guests are checking out at 11. New guests always come at 3. She said yes so 11 is perfect. She shows at 10:30am. My security calls and I say no you can't let her in I'm not going to bug my guests. Zila and I connect, she tells me she'll be back around 11 np. By noon she doesn't show up, I have cameras all over too. I call her. She says she'll be there at 1. I say no we have guest at 3 you can't. She says she has a partner she'll be there by 1 and have it done by 3. What do you think happened? By 1:50pm nobody was there! Zilas went MIA. Then she calls at 2:30 saying she can come now. Stupid me I believed her! She still never showed and this time we never heard from her. Of course I offered these guests - 3 of them all complimentary dinner out because of this and Zilas is someone I recommend staying far far away from! I normally don't have time but this review was really necessary. Zila induced me with fraud and when she finally didn't show up at all even if something did happen she should have called. She doesn't care!!! She was late btw she told me because she got another job!!!! So that's why she was coming late but bringing a partner. Stay away unless you want a dirty house and if you run a very busy pristine rental like us, loss of income for yesterday, a Friday's stay, too! read more
