My review is based on my experience at the photo counter. When I walked up to the photo counter, the employee greeted me and I told her I was there to pick up a free 8x10 photo (if you're a Walgreens rewards member, every so often they give you an offer code for a free 8x10 photo with no purchase necessary) and also to drop off my FedEx return. She completely understood the 2-part mission and quickly retrieved my photo. Then, she asked me to input my phone number on this hand held scanner type thing, which I did, then she scanned my return and I was all done. I immediately received a text acknowledging my return and it gave me tracking options. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. Being this is considered one of the drop offs for FedEx returns, I found it really simple and easy.

Call prescriptions in 5 to 7 days early…read morebecause it can't be put on auto refill because it's considered a controlled substance and I tell them it has to be ordered so they have enough to fill it but then they always call us and tell us that they only have enough for a partial and they'll have to order it and it will be 2 or 3 days. Been doing this for almost 4 years now. I'm going to be looking into a new pharmacy for ALL of our prescriptions. I will never recommend this pharmacy!!!!

One thing I really like is the HUGE variety of Doritos they have. Habeñero, Wasabi, Buffalo, Sweet and Spicy barbecue, these are just some of the flavors I never knew existed. Definitely worth checking out. Hot foods selection is a little weak. Actually, unless you want chips, candy, soda, beer, or a ballcap, their selection could stand improvement. Staff usually fairly pleasant. Store is usually really clean and well maintained.

They have lots of bottle/can choices for drinks as well as a couple of diverse soda machines as well. It is generally clean but could use some attention in the soda lid counter area where everyone spills their sodas. Like many other Mavericks they also use the customer seating areas as inventory storage, instead of having it available for use. The folks that work here have always been friendly and do a nice job of keeping the lines moving.

I went in for two things. Gas and a pack of zig zag papers. The guy has noticeable tats all over…read morehead and face. Looked intoxicated while helping someone get scratch tickets. This customer couldn't get what he wanted from the employee so he gave up and told him he would use the machine to get the tickets he wanted. I walked up, he didn't even acknowledge me like give me one moment or anything. I was invisible. Mind you this place is tiny. You can't miss someone standing right in front of you. I said can I please get a pack of zig zag papers and the rest of 15 on pump one. He grabs an orange one and I asked does he have the white, so he gets the white. I asked are we good? He responds, so you want 15 on one? I said no, I want the zig zag and whatever is left on one. The math is 12.03 from 2.97 zigzags. I didn't think it was too hard. I walked out thinking he could manage that. After repeating to try to do my gas, he didn't give me gas and when I went back in to ask why or how can I still get it, he said he won't give me free gas, he didn't see my transaction and I was arguing with him. I called the police and they recovered my money. They also advised me to leave this review because to them he seemed overwhelmed, but to me he seemed drunk or on something. Very slow movements and thought process going on with that guy. Just don't go to nomnom on University and Sprague. I will never shop or stop there again. Sorry nomnom, your guy is not very professional. At all!
