This was fun from start to finish. 2 hours of excitement. The owner Katrina was so helpful in helping us with the scheduling. Upon arrival Madi was quick to check us in and reassured us of the fun ahead. Sydney and Lukas were exceptional guides full of information and humor while keeping the group moving at a comfortable pace. This was worth every laugh and we felt very safe while enjoying the beautiful views. It was priceless, and we may be back to experience it again in the fall and winter. It may have been a hot July day, but under the canopy it was refreshing and breathtaking. Excellent choice for Branson visitors. The fun group, with varying ages, made it all the more enjoyable. First time in Branson and we surprised our teens with ziplining activity since it's in their bucket list. So easy to book, no need to use Groupon, just tell them and they will match the discount price. You can also communicate via text which is very convenient. Matt and Maddie were our guide and they were very professional and ensure our safety before and after each course. The full body harness felt very secure compare to other company that only has harness up to the waist. Love that there's 9 courses and they're pretty long and high. We brought our cellphone since we didn't have GoPro. Matt and Maddie were so nice to take our pictures. Oh man, now that we tried Zipline USA, our standards on ziplining will always be high. We went on a well needed Family Vacation. Looking for things to do with our kids ages 9, 13, 16 & 18. Decided to zipline we were so glad we did. They were very flexible with us we had a great experience and would certainly go back. It was a little bit more expensive and a few of the other places we looked but the zip lines that they had set up we're long runs and were phenomenal. The staff made everything feel safe and secure. I ziplined here in 2011, so what prompted me to write this review now? I just returned from my second trip that I went Ziplining on and Zipline USA blew both of them out of the water. In 2013 my husband and I ziplined in Belize and in 2014 we went in panama. Zipline USA's lines are so much longer, higher and more fun. What surprised me the most was that zipline USA has wonderful scenery (I never knew missouri could be so pretty-you feel like you're in another country)! We are a young couple and took a trip to this area specifically to zipline. It was well worth the trip! Zipline USA kind of ruined me for all other ziplines, everything pales in comparison! Plus, it's a family business so it's always nice to support that. I highly recommend this place. read more

Visited ZipLine USA for our family of five's first zip line experience. We cannot be more pleased by the overall experience of traversing 9 lines across gorgeous canopies of Missouri treetops. Further, the emphasis placed on safety allowed all our kids and US the PARENTS enjoy an exhilarating 2.5 hours in the beauty of the Ozarks. We were outfitted with the standard professional harnesses and head gear, took a practice run on a short initial hop to ensure we knew how to work the trolleys and brakes, and then we were off and soaring. Zack and Nash were funny, patient, kind, experienced and overall wonderful guide throughout our experience. They managed the dozen of our group like old pros. We highly recommend this experience if you are anywhere in Southern Missouri--if you live here or are just visiting. Alright. Here's the deal...there are a ton of zip lining options in Branson. Most go through the town, over some buildings or are short in length. If you want an amazing experience, this is where you're gonna want to go. It's a small, family owned place and they are awesome! We had a small tour go out and it felt like they were giving us a private tour of their course. The longest part was 3/4 of a mile and there are 9 zip lines all together. It may seem a little pricey but you won't regret this one. It was definitely worth every penny!! read more

One more thing checked off of my bucket list! My husband and I had a blast here for our wedding anniversary! Next time we are bringing the kids. They took us to the top and we zip lined all the way to the bottom. They are very good at explaining everything and you even do a bunny line to get use to the equipment. If you're looking to do a zipline, THIS IS THE ONE! It was so much fun and awesome! It was completely safe, and the ziplines were head and shoulders above any others in the area, not like those little short lines. These lines went across some amazing scenery and long lines. The first zipline was 3/4 of a mile long - AWESOME!! And the rest were long too. Our guides Zach and Jill were also wonderful, very patient and helpful, we felt completely at ease. WOW!!! The best zip line in Mid-west! It took us 4 hours to go through 15 different zip lines (a total of 4 miles of zip lines). The big run was 3200 feet long and there were probably 4-6 cables almost that long. Very friendly guides and staff. I heard if you watch Groupon they occasionally have coupons for significant discounts. They also let you take your own camera. My youngest son was a little scared at first so he rode the first few zip lines with one of the guides tandem. They did a great job building up his confidence and he ended up going on his own. read more

Staying true to my reputation...that of being a Fun Gram, I decided to buy my 12 year old grandson a reservation to Zip Line USA in Reeds Springs, MO for his birthday and of course, I wanted to share the experience with him. However, the closer we got to our destination I started asking myself..."What was I thinking when I bought this? Am I senile or just insane? I don't like getting on a step ladder without a safety net below." Then, looking at the excitement on Andrew's handsome face, I could only say, "This is going to be a blast!" Upon arrival, I met Jason the manager. There had been some conflict a few weeks back due to our first reservation landing close to the time our town, Joplin, MO had been hit by a deadly EF-5 tornado. Due to mixed communication, I thought they were not going to let us reschedule. Because of this, I wrote a negative review about the company...well, there we were, so everything worked out though I still made sure Jason and I were "ok" before allowing him to put me on a cable hundreds of feet in the air. (Smiling) Besides cute, he was great! Our guides were Ethan, a Paul Bunyan of a man and Nathan very experienced and just recently joined the service. After getting our group geared up, we were loaded into a large van and later transferred to a jeep for our final destination; solid ground...Ethan gave us detailed instructions on everything! He then quizzed us to make sure we understood. Sooo, why wasn't I terrified by now? Because our guides were/are extremely experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. Their knowledge instantly put our group at ease. Friendly and funny was just an extra perk, because most important was feeling safe, and we did. I had the camera so I went before Andrew. We had been told how to break, two hands up from our guide, but instructed to wait until we were given the sign. OK, so I felt I was going too fast and broke early causing me to stop a few feet from the first platform. I had a choice of letting Ethan come out to get me or hand over hand the cable myself forward. Just as I was about to make my decision, one of the men in our group, a retired drill sergeant, jokingly yelled, "Come on 'GRANDMA!' IDid he really call me Grandma? I for sure made it back..On My Own! Easy. I may be a grandma but don't call me one! (Smiling) We spent the next 2 hours, zipping from one gorgeous tree top to another and crossing a couple of swinging bridges. I will tell you this company is 'all about' safety. When we were on a tree platform, they had us tethered to a safety apparatus so if we slipped we wouldn't fall. Ethan and Nathan were constantly at attention to make sure we were safe, felt secure and having fun. The scenery was beautiful and we were impressed knowing not one tree has been hurt by drilling holes in them to make this course. Returning to our car, Andrew asked what I thought. I simply said, "I HATE HEIGHTS...When can we come back? Maybe next time I will even open my eyes...just kidding. But that was too fun!" From previous comments on here, I agree it was hard of me to make contact with the company, however once we connected; Zip Line USA, made sure it was a fun, safe time for all. read more

We had the best time ever. My son and I are adrenaline junkies and really had a blast. The guides were so great and made everyone in our group feel at ease. We even mentioned that I had a daughter that is physically disabled and the owners told us to bring her back and he would find a way to get her up there. For Father's Day I gifted myself with an experience at Zip Line USA with my grandson and son-in-law. What an excellent choice that turned out to be. We arrived at the office early and was greeted by Mariah's smile. She had us fill out some forms and relax until a family group of seven arrived to complete our 10:30 time slot. Lucas assisted us in getting our gear on and it was off to the van for the ride to the beginning of the adventure. Joseph was the driver and what a ride! The road to the first zip was part of the overall experience. Thank goodness for four-wheel drive! Once at the first platform Lucas, Elliot, and Josiah conducted a thorough safety demonstration, and we were off! The guides had a great sense of humor, but safety was always first. There was a young girl with the family that was fearful at first, but was loving the experience very soon due to the expertise of the guides. Let me encourage you to look side to side on the 3200 foot zip to enjoy the scenery 350 feet above the ground. You tend to want to keep your eyes straight ahead. Also, look down as I saw a bird flying below me! It was over all too soon as we were having so much fun. I enjoyed watching my grandson and his Dad enjoying time with each other. This was my third time zipping; first time north of Branson with the grandson and son-in-law, once as a cruise excursion in Honduras. Zip LIne USA is a repeater! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ziplining with my father-in-law and his wife here. My father-in-law uses a cane to walk, so we weren't sure how he would handle this adventure. Guides, Wes and Athan, were great. They made sure we were all taken care of and their sense of humor added to the fun. There was limited walking between platforms and sometimes we would go from platform to platform in the trees. I highly recommend Zip Line USA!
