I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment! It's the closest car wash to my house and thought I would give it another try after leaving some time in between visits. It's still terrible! The brushes do not even touch the back of my medium sized SUV. I have brought this up countless times to people that work there, management and nothing. All it takes is just an adjustment in the brushes and I'm still shocked that nothing has been done. And again, it's my own fault for continuing to visit this car wash yet maybe the squeaky wheel will finally get a clean car? And can someone please explain to me how sopping wet towels are effective at drying off a sopping wet car? I'll never understand why their towels are still so wet when they're in the clean bin. read more

I would probably rate this place lower than one star! I just completed a 12 hour drive, on our way to Florida and I stopped in the Zip's car wash on Fording island Road in Bluffton, South Carolina, and it was an absolute cluster. The attended barely came out to communicate, and only pre-washed the one side of the car because he was too lazy to walk around on the other side. He gave no instructions as to what to do and caused the car wash to shut down after the track slide under my wheels. After the car wash, I drove around to dry it off and there were no towels at all. The dry/vacuum area looked like a junkyard with trash everywhere. My advice... Don't go there. read more

5-29-24 Ok needed my car cleaned badly as I live in a construction zone. I didn't know what to expect when I drove up and was surprised it was people less. There was a left lane for non members that I pulled up to. I took awhile to understand what I was agreeing to with their $10. Introductory special if you are new for the month. So what if I only want one wash than what do I pay? I took so long the lone employee walked over but by that time I was finishing up my credit card payment. He directed me inside the car wash as I would stay in the car. Already not a fan. Where I previously lived they would take special care and tape down my back windshield wiper not here they could care less. It seemed like my car was getting washed but than why did it come out dirty? Is that why it is unlimited? When the wash is over read the signs as you are back to being alone. I guessed that I vacuum my car but where I pulled up no one or cars were there and vacuums didn't work. So I pulled up outside and started to vacuum my car. Next I got cleaner to wash my windshield but it was still dirty. My mats I tried as well. Truly not a fan but since I signed up for a month I guess I will try again before canceling. Hopefully it is easier to cancel than it was to sign up and clean my own car. For that I rather stay home. No bueno! read more

This place charges $18 for car wash and your car will get scratched and left dirty . The service is so rude . They should pay there workers more money . Towels are all wet to wipe down .The vacuums have zero pressure . Horrible place read more

Worst car wash ever. Horrible customer service. And now they've claimed bankruptcy. Well deserved.

For some strange reason the Buckwalter location is blocking off the covered bays that offer the only shaded area to dry your car. Not sure why the management would do this to the customers. I guess I will have to send the pictures to Gene Dickens since no one wants to address the issue. What is the use of having these bays if not a place for customers to dry off their cars in a shaded area. read more

I paid $18 for a car wash and didn't even get basic dirt off the vehicle. Bugs and dirt still on. The front of the car wheels were not touched. It looks like someone just sprinkled a water can over the top of the car. So disappointed in the service. read more

This location is constantly closed during their normal operating hours. Advertises that they are Open until 7 pm but arrive at 6:40 to find the location already locked up and closed for the day. Has happened on 3 occasions now. Switching to Tidal wave which is closer to us and has better and more reliable hours. read more

subscribed to unlimited car washes. this location is in savannah in several places. $45 for the prime #1 everything car wash. today $10 1st month and $45 every month afterward. cancel anytime. also...unlimited is actually as many times in 1 day you desire to go through. the last auto car wash we did in savannah on victory drive was by little caesars pizza. the name fails me. but their unlimited was limited to only once per day. the owners before them were true unlimited. unless they just upgraded with the same owners. read more

We visited this location on 7/20/24. Paid $30 for Premium wash. Attendant did not spray car at entrance. There were NO clean towels anywhere. Asked attendant for towels and was told it would be 30 minutes. They did bring us a few damp towels about 10 minutes later. When drying car we noticed a big glob of grease on the left upper passenger door which was not there prior to car wash. We had to hunt for an attendant to complain and asked to go through again. We drove around to the entrance and had to wait at gate for 5-10 minutes. When someone finally let us in gate he disappeared and did not assist with getting into car wash ( again, no pre-rinse , of course). 2nd wash was the cheapest wash, no wax, no ceramic... and it took off the tire shine. We will NEVER go to this location again .. owner needs to get involved , as attendants are not doing their jobs. read more

Used this car wash last week. On buckwalter pky in bluffton SC . This is my new car wash . A 12 dollar wash made my suv look like ceramic shine . Don't know if it was the soap! Or coating they use. The dirts not sticking to my SUV . From now on . Zip is my car wash ... plus they have free rags to use at cleaning stations with free vacuum at cleaning stations... or you can get full service .where they vacuum your car wipe it down. Wipe the inside clean your windows. Don't forget to leave a tip for the workers... this is a great car wash..... from now on I'm going there.. read more

The vacuums are always broken, with no notification before paying. Not worth it. They need to step up.
