As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and an welcoming attitude. She was patient, courteous and very professional. Taking pictures with and of a 2 month old is no easy task but she was very accommodating through out the process. Reassured us that it's ok to take breaks to attend to our fussy 2 month old when necessary. We never felt rushed or felt that she worked around a timer. From her studio, we followed her to a nearby park for outdoor pictures. While she communicated with my husband, she mentioned this would be for approximately an hour but we were with her probably close to 2. Having been her last appt for the day, she accommodated us with additional time. Her pictures, her visions, her mannerisms all make her a great vendor for your photography needs. Her personality makes her some one I would trust to take additional pictures for us in the future. Over all, I have no complaints. She was great! And she provided us with the picture in less than 24 hours when she said it can take up to a week!

She switched me to 2pm and then asked for a deposit. 2pm was actually worse for me, and I was then I was stuck being asked to pay for a time I didn't want. Is difficult to tell from my description, but from the context of our conversation one would assume that "closer to noon " meant 11:30 or 12:45, not incrementally closer to noon as interpreted by the photographer. I would have thought it more appropriate to check with me first before signing me up for a time I didn't want and expecting me to pay for it. I cancelled the session and Marta said that it was unfortunate and she would need to find someone to fill the spot. Then like a complete idiot, I sent her a deposit anyway via Venmo because I felt guilty. I thought maybe she would tell me it was ok that it was just a misunderstanding, but no, she took the deposit and didn't even say thank you. I later asked for it back, because I was feeling stupid for being so nice. She said something like it was cold that day and she had to sit in a car for 1.5 hours (which I don't think is relevant) and that it was too late , which it clearly was not, because I PAID THE DEPOSIT AFTER I HAD ALREADY CANCELED I'm a moron, which is a personal problem, but if you want to use this photographer make sure she understands you and you are communicating clearly, or you may be expected to pay for something you didn't ask for.
