When the customer finds piece of furniture they like, simply bring the tag attached to the piece to the front counter for a quick & easy checkout experience. The friendly worker will give you two copies of the hols slip: one to place on the piece of furniture and the other to take with you to the pick up area. To get to the pick up area, drive your vehicle around to the back side of the building where friendly staff will assist in loading your new to you furniture into your vehicle.

Seriously, what am I supposed to do with an electric drill that doesn't include batteries? Nothing! That's what! I think they also sell furniture or whatever. Well when I told them event was Sunday when I booked. you would think the lady would have clarified things and not still said it will be delivered 1 day before event because to me, that meant Saturday! So much miscommunication & lack of communication on their end and then they weren't even willing to give me half a refund when it was never even delivered- again I called 2 days before the event.
