The units are spacious and quiet, and each one has its own private patio. The kitchen and bathroom countertops are granite and the appliances are an attractive stainless steel. The kitchen sink has a garbage disposal and there is a dishwasher. There is also in-unit laundry for an added bonus. There is TONS of natural lighting in the unit and I can make each room dark just by closing the blinds. The underground parking is a serious bonus as well. There's also an exercise room on the 6th floor with a variety of machines. Management is super helpful and reliable when I reach out to them. One day I noticed there was an issue with the elevators (they wouldn't come when I pushed the button to call them), and by the time I emailed management a few hours later, the elevators had already been repaired. It's about a 4 minute walk to the UW Hospital and is less extremely convenient when going to shopping centers, grocery stores, etc. Also, the parking garage is very easy to get in/out of. Overall this has been my favorite apartment to live in, of any (I have lived in 5). I would recommend it to anyone wanting to live on the west side.

I would also have trouble breathing at night in my apartment. My unit also had a huge dust problem. I would vacuum every 2 days and the vacuum would be completely full. I don't have any pets and I would have two hepa filters running all day long everyday. The washer and dryer were also extremely low quality. Drying a load of clothes would take about 3 hours or more. I am also pretty sure that this apartment complex doesn't have a water softener and the water is extremely hard in Madison. For such a high cost of rent, 306 is not worth it.
