The Manager used my emergency contact phone number to tell them I was late and how much and what my storage unit was which is illegal all by itself but the best part is she entered the phone number wrong in texting so they were texting a random person with all my personal info. And now that I removed my stuff I was assured I would not be charged for this month and they still ran my banking information without my permission.

It was very cold. She seems to believe she is the only one allowed to be human. She is horrible at bookkeeping and communicating. She will ignore you. She rather threaten an auction then understand situations. She also allows people to live in units. There is not trash cans on the property. The people that live in the house on the same property are tweekers and hoarders. They park blocking units. They do whatever they want. She doesn't have a clue what goes on over there.
