I've come back to this store maybe once a month for the past two years ever since. They carry a wide selection of clothing from casual t-shirts and sweaters to fancier dresses and blouses. Recently, they've been carrying a collection of screen printed t-shirts with the Houston skyline on them which is the perfect gift for a resident/native Houstonian. Late last year, during football season, they were even selling college football themed shirts. They also host a variety of decorative signs for the home. I've purchased several of these for myself and as gifts for friends. Their jewelry collection fluctuates between seasons; sometimes they'll have a lot of options, sometimes they won't. As for shoes, there are probably a dozen different pairs sold each season. All in all, a perfect place to stop by and waste an hour especially if you are dining in Kings Harbor.

There doesn't seem to be a lot of turn over at this location and that's a good thing, because the ladies get to know there customers. The two items I ordered were received separately all shoved into cheap plastic bags. After looking at both items, I tried them on. The $99 blouse was cheaply made, with the sleeves sewn on backwards. The jeans were likely returned by another customer. I returned both items in one of the WHBM plastic bags as returns are charged $7/each. I was only able to track the USPS shipment until it was picked up by an 'agent'. Today I received partial refund via email and called CS at the 877 number. 9 customers ahead of me, so I started an on-line 'chat' with my request for the full refund amount, minus the $7 return fee. The telephone rep interrupted my on-line chat and I couldn't understand her poor English even though she claimed to be in Florida (sounded like the Philippines or another country). She finally found my order and said my full refund was in process. This is very poor customer service, plus the quality of WHBM clothing is nothing like Chico's, where I have been a customer since the 1990s. Never will I buy from WHBM again. The clothing is cheaply made for the high prices and shipped in flimsy plastic bags. Customer Service was a joke. Is this a scam or just a sham? You've lost one customer today and I'm wondering about the other 9 customers 'on hold' waiting for their complaints!

May I bring it back to credit her credit card and they said no problem.. The Sweet manager walked the garments out to the truck because they did not have a garment bag. One hour later, I returned with the outfit that did not work and bought a necklace. Since I could not find my receipt because I'm so distressed over my father's death, they would not credit my mother's credit card and gave me a gift card. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never shop in the store again. Completely unacceptable especially during a time like this where I am so devastated and my poor 84-year-old mother has gone through so much. Shame on them!

The store is extremely small and filled with pungent scents, which give me a migraine. However, that is not my complaint. My complaint is that there were two or three persons working the store and no one gave me any kind of attention, not even a greeting. I was forced to send 10 emails to her supervisor before they finally admitted I was right. Even then, they only refunded 50% of the damage. After standing up for myself, I was retaliated against. The supervisor, Ramona Ventura, gave me only two days to vacate my booth simply because I demanded accountability. They do not care whether you succeed. They do not promote your products. Their only concern is collecting their monthly rent. Whether you sell or not, you are locked into a one-year contract and must pay. Vendors beware.

We were confronted by the rudest store clerks that we ever had the misfortune to meet. While I was shopping, my husband asked if he can use their restroom but instead of being shown some courtesy -- he was turned away with a dismissive tone "it's for vendors only." True or not, my husband appealed but was treated harshly and ignored. The two clerks on duty were just busy chitchatting at the counter.i don't think we will ever go back to this place, finalize our contract, much more trust them to take care of our business . Btw, we're both from a local chamber of commerce.
