I was contacted to schedule a delivery, provided hours of arrival and ensured that someone was at my home as requested. No one ever showed up. I called to inquire further and was told that my item was too large to fit on the truck and that another day/time would be scheduled. No one called to follow up the next day to set expectations on delivery. I later got a call from a driver stating that he had been trying to reach me because he couldn't locate my address. Needless to say, I still didn't get my item until 3 days later. Do not expect professionalism or follow through with this company. Most importantly, don't have a sense of urgency to get anything delivered from them. read more
