After agreeing to replace them when they came back out 3 frames were damaged again. After waiting over a week for them when I went to pick them up all that was there was the wood for the frame unassembled. When you pay for prehung doors the expectation is that they will be preying. When asked what they could do about it they said it would take 4 weeks to have them prepared. Since we are in the middle of a build that was not an option and we had to take them unassembled and assemble ourselves. Thru all of this not once were we called to communicate to us what was happening with our order or delivery. We needed to track them down each time. Josh was not very helpful after he sold us the job. See below for just a few pictures of what was delivered to me

Some are so badly installed the wind or water come true from the sides. My screen from the sliding door is still not installed due to poor installation of the frame. From the 4 "properly" installed windows, 3 are picture window. The last one installed properly, the frame is cracked. It's been 6 month. 84 Lumber came 3 times inspecting the windows. The last time Dalton Dierker the "Boss" of the branch in Riviera Beach came and told us they will fix the situation, but all 84 Lumber is doing right now is blaming the builder. The new doors look fantastic, both inside and out and provide a degree of quiet and privacy we never had with the old sliders. First Impression's prices were reasonable, and the installers they sent out were completely professional and a pleasure to deal with. Even our building inspector had praise for both the installers and First Impression Doors. Whatore can I ask?

We added screens and handles to the outside sliders and we're told screens come with the windows. We were told 8 weeks for delivery but that went way over with out any follow up from anyone there. I had to call 5 to 6 times just to hear I will call you back and they never did. When the team came out for the installation. Not a single piece of furniture was covered up. Dust covered my home from top to bottom. I just wanted them out when they were done so I could spend the next few days cleaning up after them. There were two broken screens, the doors are installed backwards and 5here are no handles on the outside sliders. I have been calling and calling and Evin will not return my call and they are telling me I have to pay $600 more for the correct screens that they miss ordered.

Having gone to several other vendors, we found that we strongly preferred natural stone slabs over quartz or other manmade materials. Azul Stone has a pretty sizable inventory of natural stone slabs to consider. [They also carry a wide selection of quartz and other materials as well.] David Nasser was very helpful in our process, consulting with us on the vibe each stone would create, the ideal way to utilize the stone in our kitchen as well as the ultimate placement of the templates on the slab. He has a good eye, and good taste as well. Azul Stone also provides fabrication and installation services as well, which makes the entire process much easier. We thought the fabrication work was excellent, and the installation, while tricky due to the need to demolish the existing countertops, went smoothly and well. Timing was quick as well - the installation was scheduled about 8 days after we approved the template layout. Finally, we felt the pricing of the materials and labor was very reasonable and fair. We would highly recommend David and Azul Stone for stone work, especially if you like natural stone.

We purchased about $5,000 in shower parts and lighting from Ferguson Home in West Palm Beach, FL…read more The salesperson we worked with (Dagmar) did not pay full attention to our needs or to the time frame over which we needed delivery of the parts. She failed to respond to the three voice mails we left on her phone. In the end, we had to cancel two of the items because the delivery of them would end up taking six weeks or more instead of the two or three weeks that she had promised. We managed to buy identical items from an online retailer for about 20% less than we had paid at Ferguson Home, and they arrived in a couple of days. The worst part of the experience was that she sold us a wall mount for the hand shower that was in a different style from the rest of the parts (with a square escutcheon instead of the round ones on everything else). I did not discover the mistake until it was installed, when I realized that it looked terrible and, worst of all, the hand shower was not stable in the style of mount she sold us. I called Ferguson Home (on their 800 number), and the person I spoke with said that they could not consider a refund for a part that had already been installed. I will now have to buy the correct mount online. TAKE HOME MESSAGE FOR ME: Go to the Ferguson showroom to select what you want, get the model numbers, and then buy the materials online. You will probably pay a lower price, receive the parts in less time, and get better service than you would at the bricks and mortar store.
