Mike and I had a business dinner here. There are a few good places in Alfeld and I really wanted to visit a new place. Mike suggested Zucchero and it was a real good choice. The people were friendly, nice and prompt. There were only a few tables filled so we had very, very good service throughout the night. Here are some of the highlights as we were talking up a storm and not paying attention to everything that was served: The Duckstein beer was real good. The bread was toasted cubes and was interestingly good. Lightly battered very fresh calamari was delicious. The Salmon Fettuccine was nice with a tomato cream sauce.
