I finally settled on a glazed kind of lemon and almond jam roll that melted in my mouth and was so perfectly light and fluffy and not at all too sweet but definitely sweet enough to satisfy a sugar craving... you can tell a lot of love, care and decades of experience has gone into creating these airy scrumptious treats. What a wonderful surprise it was! The young manager, Stefan, took my special request order for the wedding cake and also for a birthday cake (for the day following the wedding). Both cakes were tasty, beautiful and impressive. For the wedding, Stefan created a Black Forest Cake covered with Marzipan, and for the birthday a mixed Chocolate cake with a special decoration. Our guests loved the cakes very much and we were very happy with the service, prices and the amazing approach to us as clients. I recommend this family like bakery from the bottom of my heart!
