Good luck EVER getting someone to pick up a phone in this place. I have tried calling every day this week and still can't get anyone that doesn't immediately put me on hold and then leaves me there for 15 mins when their phones seem to disconnect you. All I need to do is schedule an appointment this should take a few minutes not literally weeks. It has not gotten ANY better since the reviews from 5 years ago. If even argue it's worse now than back then. Avoid at all costs. read more

The ladies at the desk here are a joke. I absolutely loved Dr.Kotler but couldn't deal with these people at the desk anymore!!! One time I was circling around blackwell looking for parking so I called multiple times to let them know i was running a little behind and no one answered. So when I got in there the phones were going crazy and she literally said " I don't feel like answering that." When they told me they wouldnt see me I flipped and told them maybe if they felt like answering they would have known I was running behind. read more

I waited a Month for an appointment, to get a doctors note for work and on the day of my appointment I get a call from the doctors assistant saying until my referrals are done They will not see me, really I wait a month for an appointment, and now this... there are other Doctors out there !! My Doctor was very nice, but when a doctors assistant cancels your appointment for bullshit reason its time to look else where... Maybe the assistant should be fired or should have supervision, as she is screwing patients over. read more

DON'T even think about coming here. The reviews say it all. I came here as a referral from my general dentist because I needed to see a Periodontist. Unfortunately the receptionist gave me an appointment with a regular dentist which is not what I was referred for. They knew all this info. We then decided to do an x-ray and after I would be scheduled a different day to see the Periodontist since he was not in that day. The dentist looked in my mouth and told me exactly what my main dentist already told me and assured me the Periodontist would be able to help since that was not his expertise. After the x-ray, things became very weird. The nurse told me I needed to go somewhere else to save time on waiting. I told her that I was perfectly fine with waiting 3 months. She was persisting I go elsewhere even after I was okay with waiting. Very SKETCHY. The dentist didn't say a word after that, he was imputing all my info to my insurance. The Periodontist wasn't even there to say anything at all regarding my teeth. Btw my general dentist knows this Periodontist which is why I was referred. This is a place that commits FRAUD. They looked at me as some form of currency and then told me to leave as soon as I was done with the x-ray. I'm glad I didn't get my teeth worked on at this place. Hopefully the Periodontist realizes what kind of workplace this is & goes to a different dentistry because I'm sure his work is great. And this place does NOT reflect that. read more

Very rude staff. I called from two different phones. They say they can't hear me and hung up. I know it is noisy there so they may not hear me. The doctors are nice and good but the people who pick up the phones are rude and doesn't care at all. read more

Let's start off by saying. The center of zufall is unprofessional. There schedulers are unprofessional and doesn't speak to patients with care. They are rude, they yell back at the patients while on the phone. I spoke with 3 different people and the last person i spoke to name Wayne was no help. After all the time i spoke to him about scheduling i told him several times to schedule my children same day and same time. Thay did not happen of course and now no one could be seen until Next year. As a doctors office scheduling patients the next year is never good. How do they not know it could had been some pain or anything. Next i am complaining about how unprofessional the doctor is as well. Her name is Dr. Amy Kotler.NPI 1356384234. Dr Kotler is unprofessional as well. While my childrens time was wrong and they were already seating in her office. She demanded my children to leave. She was very rude about it as i was explaining it to her and her staff. She also was complaining how tired she was and she havent used the bathroom all day. This is her job and this is how she acts. So i do not recommend anything that has to do with Zufall clinic. read more

So bad...I followed my Doctor here when she moved from her private practice. She is amazing but I now have to make appointments with her 2 months in advance. When I arrived I had to wait in line to check in, then wait to "re-register" as a new patient (even though I'm not new,) only to go through the process and then be told they would no longer see me because I was late! If I hadn't been forced to wait in line, I wouldn't have been late! Absolutely ridiculous. So glad I spent 45 minutes being coughed and sneezed on in their waiting room, only to be told I couldn't have my appointment from months ago. Never again. read more

Bad service, poorly prepared people. My mother suffers from high blood pressure and her medication was interrupted because the doctor (who on the day of the appointment did not warn my mother that she should come back after 15 days) said that she would have to make an appointment to give the medicine again, but my mom was ok with the medicine; - Now I ask... My mother did not have her medicine, and her pressure was high, and they knew it, saying that they could not do anything because if they did or checked her pressure, and it was hight they would be in a problem, because it was their responsibility, but they said it was ours... if we try an emergency, they "don't work with it", but they have to give a medicine, and they have only the day they want or they can't care... also, they worry, because we worried, if not they don't care... of course! But they know the problem... I do not know how they aim at saving lives as doctors, assistants, as a professional medical staff... really. A person suffering from high blood pressure and may have a stroke at any time and than the Zuffall in Dover stopped the medicine. My opinion is that they are irresponsible and treat the person as nothing, because it is a low cost, money service. Every month they want money, and that's why they stopped, but " they say not, they love what they do" - sure. When you call to make a phone call, they are never available, and if it works until seven night, four in the afternoon the phone , no one answers. If you have the opportunity to not go, do not go and go wherever, because if everyone starts to complain about that, they would begin to review the people who work there. Really bad and sad. Also, the manager of that place call you back after you complain all this things, because wants to show that Zuffall has reason and is correct, and wants to show that the place answer the phone and it is your fault. Sure. Also, they didn't deserve any starts but I gave to complain about my situation. read more

This dental place may have a reasonable price for most but god forbid you expect to be seen when you have an appointment or if you have an emergency! You will wait minimum 1 hour to 3 hours! The staff is not helpful at all and management will leave a bad taste in your mouth! The drs try to scare you! If you want good service don't go here. O by the way you have to wait 2 to 4 months for appointments! Im not impressed! read more

Went here because I didn't have health insurance,my appointment was at 2:30 waited until 3:00 to get called in into the back for more waiting.I was finally seen my the doctor at 3:40 over 1 hour past my appointment.The doctor was teaching the assistant how to chart which is fine with me but my parking time was running out and I called a relative so they could put more money in the machine.As I was asking them the 'management' if that's what that can be called walked in and started being rude to me cause I was on the phone,mind you I was WAITING on them.Its so sad to see how a place that's supposed to be helping people treat their patients so rudely.Im not saying this only on my experience but many other people that I know go here and they tell me on how this 'manager' man treats them. Use the government funding appropriate and hire someone that is friendly and likes what they do.Hopefully I won't have to return to this place.
