Very friendly, professional and kind people at Dover, NJ where I went. I was surprised how big and spotless the facility was. Dr. Benjamin Kreitman provided painless care. He was very nice and took the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend going there. Dr. Kreitman only worked Thursdays but worth any wait. Let's start off by saying. The center of zufall is unprofessional. There schedulers are unprofessional and doesn't speak to patients with care. They are rude, they yell back at the patients while on the phone. I spoke with 3 different people and the last person i spoke to name Wayne was no help. After all the time i spoke to him about scheduling i told him several times to schedule my children same day and same time. Thay did not happen of course and now no one could be seen until Next year. As a doctors office scheduling patients the next year is never good. How do they not know it could had been some pain or anything. Next i am complaining about how unprofessional the doctor is as well. Her name is Dr. Amy Kotler.NPI 1356384234. Dr Kotler is unprofessional as well. While my childrens time was wrong and they were already seating in her office. She demanded my children to leave. She was very rude about it as i was explaining it to her and her staff. She also was complaining how tired she was and she havent used the bathroom all day. This is her job and this is how she acts. So i do not recommend anything that has to do with Zufall clinic. read more

I moved back to the states from being an expat for many years abroad. I didn't have health insurance and didn't know where to go for affordable health care. Zufall staff at Dover is a great group of people. The front desk woman explained a lot about my options in healthcare. They helped me sign up for a healthcare plan and explained my options. The Main doctor, Dr. K is great. He is thoughtful and very informative. The nurses are so nice. I can't say enough for how much they helped me transition back into the medical system in the states. It was initially a little difficult to get a hold of them by phone. Walking in is the best way in my opinion. read more
