Firstly, they closed from 15:00-18:00 which is a huge inconvenience for those who want to enjoy and afternoon on the slopes or want to relax in the spa. The other thing is they didn't take the kids outside to the small play area despite the beautiful weather we had. And finally, and most irritating, one of the women who works there brings her own children. She spent her time focused on her kids and neglected the guests. Her son was also pretty aggressive with the other children and she had to jump in a few times. If this situation with the child care centre is changed, it would be a perfect place.
