I spent more money to get more product than I did the first time! But I was left with absolutely unsatisfactory results! My lips are pencil thin with lots the age lines still in them on one side. My mouth is downturned with the creases and lines still going down the sides of my mouth. The creases and dimples are still all in my chin. One of my eyes has a horrible under brow skin hanging over my eye, which didn't exist before the treatment. and it was horribly red and irritated, watering for a week. I went back two weeks after the treatment and Amanda gave me one more unit in my eye, which made some of the irritation go away but it didn't make the skin hang go away, was still unsightly. she gave me just a dab more of treatment but didn't improve anything! I am embarrassed to even go out with my group. I was asked to come back to see Cheryl, who I guess is the manager. when I got there I was expecting her to fix it, but instead, she just kept telling me the reasons why she couldn't put more Botox in it, she sad if they put too much it would paralyze My muscle movement lol. I was like, oh I don't think we need to be concerned about me being left paralyzed without movement, there's barely enough in me to have made any results, much less. paralyze me. disappointment isn't even the word to describe it. I will never go there and trust them again. not only was the job not done Even nearly right. then they ran me there again just to hear her make excuses about why Amanda didn't do it right the second time. she was clearly upset about something that day, and I was just the unfortunate one who it was taken out on. that was the best I could figure out. They achieve their 5.0 reviews by offering people $25 free the next time they come in to leave them all those wonderful reviews! lol. So it's not for good service as much as it is using a bad economy to offerr people money towards free product in exchange for their good reviews. for whatever good that free money did in my case. I had $400 worth of Botox put in my face just to come out looking the way I am. I thought my search was finally over, but now I will be searching for another provider. and I'll have to hurry because this little bit of whatever they put in me is only going to last for probably a month or so before I'll have to cough up another at least $300 or won't be able to go out at all.

I travel a lot due to business and I'm not always able to keep the appointments as needed and even with that the results still stand I can only image if I were to do it the correct way. I was officially diagnosed with PCOS in 2012 and shortly after that I made the decision to look for place that I could trust with my face most importantly. As I was starting to get raised bums on the side of my face and chin, that I can not fix with waxing or plucking. I initially started with Alex and she is amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the procedures carefully to me. For me there was some stinging in certain parts of my face but nothing that was out of control. It last a few seconds and then it goes away. Later on, Chantel took over of my care and she has been just as amazing. I love the results so much that I bought a package for my stomach. And even though, I have not completely the treatment the hair on my stomach is nearly gone and what has come back is very light, how it used to be. The hair on my face is a bit more stubborn, but even there the hair is light and no bums. Since, I'm not able to go back right now, I've just been shaving it like they taught me and my face is clear. Yes, the treatment can be a bit expensive, but believe me it's worth every penny. They also often have special, so take advantage. He assured me I'd be able to continue seeing him for treatments. That didn't happen. He decided he was no longer seeing patients after he assured me otherwise. The office convinced me to use Aubrey the NP. I reluctantly agreed. When I got there I was sent to a room at which point a lady came in a clip board. I asked who she was and she told me she was a consultant. After 30 minutes of pulling and prodding my face, she showed me a paper saying she recommended $3000 worth of filler. Mind you, I came in for a little tweak, as a follow up to my appt with the doctor. At this point finally Aubrey, walked in. Now the so called "consultant" was telling the provider what she should do to me. I felt very uncomfortable and politely asked to reschedule as now it's 6:30 pm, way past my initial appt time. To add insult to injury, when I called the office the next day. They told me they are releasing me as a client. Didn't give me a legitimate reason. I'm beyond disgusted. PS, I found out that the money hungry consultant was the doctors wife. I understand she needs to fund her Bentley parked outside, but this is no way to do business. This is a conflict of interest.
