We needed a company that was willing to think and work outside of the box (pardon the pun). Despite approaching several companies, these guys were the only one of two companies to respond. They gave me a rough idea of pricing. I found this to be helpful as we didn't quite have our addresses ready yet. When it was time to ship, everything went as planned and they delivered the gifts as requested, in a very timely fashion. When there was one hiccup and it was thought that a gift had been missed or not received, they were able to quickly get us the singing information (despite it being the Friday afternoon before Christmas).
