Right now it's asparagus and strawberries in season, so they were featured prominently. I had a dish of asparagus with crepes and hollandaise, which was very memorable! The asparagus was cooked to this almost creamy consistency while still maintaining the brightness of fresh vegetables. The crepes were buttery and very good. I don't get why it was so expensive though - it was €22 which was more expensive than most of the meat dishes on the menu and it was just a normal-sized dinner. We had the Weiner Schnitzel and the Schwabenstolz, as in everything from the Schweber kitchen. The spatzle and maultasche were outstanding! For the maultasche think, Chinese pot sticker meets German flare. HUGE portions. Had a local Merlot, friendly to all pallets. Our waitperson spoke English and was very helpful. Heads up, cash only!!
