Karim Naber, the owner is a wonderful host and makes sure everyone is taken care of. The attention to detail is apparent in everything, from the custom shelves for the menus to the depth of flavor, thought and high quality ingredients that go into every dish. I can not recommend zur linde highly enough, whether you are in the area or not; it is certainly worth the drive. The waitresses are kind and attentive and the bar selection is great as well. Visiting from LA and from a family of restaurant owners I have high standards and Zur Linde really nailed it. Thanks Karim and staff!
