A few months later I went to another Werkstatt for a general check-up where I was told that the replacement Grimm had installed was incompatible (which I late confirmed with the bike manufacturer). When I went back to Grimm to explain, the staff member very rudely denied any possibility of making a mistake, saying it was 100% impossible, and that they bought exactly the same part as before. My advice would be find another Werkstatt.
