Temporarily closed until 1 May 2018. I found out the hard way. I traveled to their shop, only to find a note taped to their door saying they were "pausing" the business for a few months. read more

They managed to fix a small hole in my jacket in such way that I couldn't find this hole anymore! THERE ARE REAL PROFESSIONALS! And it only took 1 day! I'm really satisfied from the fast and professional service! read more

Kerstin's atelier is the best. I found them through Yelp! They helped fix a burn hole in a sweater vest that was a present from my dad. Fast (one day!), inexpensive (OK it was a tiny hole, but still incredibly reasonable!) and very conveniently located (they have two storefronts right next to each other - the shop and the workshop), they are also actually open 'til 18:30 most evenings. Thanks Kerstin's Ladies for rescuing my sweater vest! read more

I gave them a larger project (couch cover) to sew (because of proximity to my house) but they spectacularly failed and ruined some expensive fabric. They had told me up front that it would not be a problem. It took them several tries but they still couldn't get it right. The guy working the counter was rude. He even patronized me when he didn't know how to handle his screw up. Will never go there again. I asked for my money back and just got some rude answers. Not recommending this for anything!

Ich bin schon seit vielen Jahren Stammkundin und lasse meine Kleidung regelmäßig reinigen und reparieren. Noch nie wurde ich enttäuscht, im Gegenteil... was im Änderungsatelier Kerstin repariert wird, hält länger alles alles drum rum, sieht makellos aus und dann geht es auch noch fix und ist preislich unschlagbar. Vielen, vielen Dank, vor allem für schnelle Hilfe in Notsituationen, wo eben was reimgequetscht wird, wo eigentlich gar kein Platz mehr ist und ausnahmslose Freundlichkeit. Für diesen Service würde ich auch durch die Stadt reisen! read more

Schon mehrfach da gewesen, immer zügige Umsetzung und gute Preise. Die Änderungen sind hochwertig durchgeführt und nicht zu sehen. Werde dort weiterhin Kunde sein. read more
