The quality of the work was excellent both shoes got great care and great new heels.
The service is pretty expensive though - I paid 33 eur for 2 pairs of shoes, only for the heels.
The only thing which was disturbing me (that is why i gave 4 stars instead of 5) is that I had to wait for 4 whole days for my shoes, which normally takes shorter.
