They do better than the on post alteration shops from what I heard. They also know how uniforms should fit and recommend honest feedback. For example, the other day my friend bought pants to get altered and when she brought them over to get fixed they told her she got the wrong size and told her what size she should get so that they fit her properly and so that she wouldn't waste money on extra alterations. I thought this was outstanding, they could've just charged her for the alterations she wanted done and made more money but they helped her and to me that showed great customer service, and shows that they're not just there to make money but to really help people. The first time I came here, I needed my dress pants (ASU's) cleaned and pressed. When I got them back they had more than one crease... I told him there can only be one crease and that it needed to get fixed. The second time I got it back, it had another crease! Total of three... The owner felt terrible and asked for one more try, the last time I came back for the pants, it had only once crease. I don't know what they did but they fixed it! They really aim to please, and to me, this shows they really do deserve a five star rating. When it comes to their job and customers, they put one hundred and ten percent into quality work and customer satisfaction. Also, they're prices are reasonable, some would say, fairly cheap! Can't beat that.

They have a cool feature where you can design your stuff at home, it'll give you a code and you can plug that code in to the computers downstairs and it'll tell you how to get your items. For some items you have to go to a representative for them to pull it. So you can't grab everything yourself but it's otherwise good. As for COVID precautions, there's plenty of hand sanitizer and there are markings on the floor for safe social distancing. There are also plexiglass dividers to keep the employees safe when they are checking out the customers. Can't wait to come back for the meatballs when COVID is over!

I saw that there was a cinnamon roll latte and decided to get that, but asked if it could be put over ice. The barista stated that it didn't come cold, but that she would try; the fact that she was willing to go the extra mile speaks volumes about this place. I sat down with a nice chill vibe type of ambiance with a Christ centered model. I was brought my coffee to which I was not surprised that it was great. It was displayed in a glass with metal straw and stirring spoon alongside a glass of water. I would definitely visit this place again and give them my business.

I brought them in and he said he could do it but that it would be expensive. I asked for an estimate and it was around €80 for this repair (because it was such a significant undertaking). Where I used to live I was quoted well more than $100 for a similar repair so I found this to be fairly priced for what was needed. He said it would take a few weeks. After about a month I called for status and they were nearly done. A few days later he called and they were ready for pickup. They look great and are functional again!!.
