This is a smaller (than the main one in the center of Stockholm) Åhlens location in the Kista mall and as usual at the smaller Åhlens the clothes selection for men is non-existent. Fairly small selection in general and also no shoes or bags. The focus seems to be on cosmetics that take up large parts of the ground floor where they also have shampoos, shower gel and a lot or other similar items. The selection is fairly big but often prices are higher for the same items here than in other stores.
The upper floor holds a decent selection of home interior stuff as well as some random pens, papers and other stuff for the office. While they are not per se bad they are however unexciting and the level of thought, love and passion that has gone in to setting up this branch seems to be zero. Why do I then go here, mainly to buy some hair gel or shampoo and not because they are great but they are in exactly the right location when walking from the office so mainly convenience and not that they are in any way that good. read more
