I could sense the herd mentality from the staff at those locations. When we walked in it was empty downstairs. We asked if there were any vegetarian options, and we were told that it was a vegetarian restaurant. That sealed the deal for us! We ordered a Falafel plate and a hummus plate to share, and the portions were very generous. The meals are simple, made from fresh local ingredients, and skillfully prepared. The result is a perfect dish. My wife (lifetime vegetarian) said this may have been one of her best meals of this trip, and the best hummus she had ever had. The simplicity and rich character of the dish was really great. Unfortunately we didn't find this place until our last day in Stockholm, and could only try two dishes. When we left, there had been a few more couples sitting outside on the beach chairs that were set up under umbrellas (on astroturf!). I believe this was a new restaurant that recently opened.
