We just stopped by in Ullapool for a short while. We were on the way up north and stopped here for…read morelunch, some groceries and a walk. Then we came by this place. Looked very nice and inviting. Just had little time, but bought some caps, some warm hats and a scarf. Staff/owner was friendly and helpful. Prices very fair and the products of good quality. Use the items regularly and I enjoy them very much. Nice little place to do some shopping.

But they don't stop there, you'll also find hand-made Hebridean furniture, cushions, throws, velvet bags, tin toys, ornaments, jewllery and unusual postcards. The clothing is pricey but beautifully made and unique. Over the Rainbow is open 6 days a week, Monday to Friday. They open at 9am and close around 5pm. In the summer, they are open till early evening/dusk. The Isle of Skye has some unusual shops and this is one not to be missed.
